L - chicken 0g salad 3.4g 4 cherry toms 2g, mayo 0g
D - steak 0g, veg 4g, cheese 1g, cream 1g
S - sf jelly 0g, cream 0.5g, 50g philly 1g, cooked beef slices 0g, 20 olives 2g
Total carbs - 16.1g
I had a sneaky look at the scales 2day and it looks like I'm on track to lose 2lb. I really hope so
