You will still lose the same weight if you work out or don't .... when on vlcd you should not over do it . theres been a few women lose 8 stone that i know it was not until i'd really lost a good chunk that people were noticing .... just keep going and you'll get people notice all at once.... you've done so well , keep going , NO U TURNSArrived at my mum's. The only thing she's said is that if I start exercising, the weight will come off. It's as if I've lost nothing and look no different. I'm utterly miserable now. 3.5st gone and nothing. I thought of all people, she would notice.

Wow 11 weeks , ho yes i've had lots of false starts , negative thinking , really plays a big part thinking in two minds .... well so far i'm ok . usaly by now i gave myself an easy let out . just placed an order with a vlcd company .It has this time so far - I've had some planned nights off but always got right back on the diet straight after. The time I lost 7st was my first time on a VLCD - the first time is always easy! I haven't had a successful attempt since, only last two weeks tops. This has been the most successful re-attempt yet - 11 weeks and still going strong!
well so far i'm ok . usaly by now i gave myself an easy let out . just placed an order with a vlcd company .
got zumba tomorrow will go , have to push myself lol
