(S) 3 wine gums and a caramel biscuit bar

I know, weird combo right. Boyf made it for me and I was dubious but it was actually nice! :-D

Have had a nice relaxing weekend (ate too much again tho) but have caught a cold so felt rough by the end if it xx
 
Seem to have caught the cold/virus thing that everyone's had at work - sore throat, painful ears, dizzy when I stand.. Decided its best to just spend the day in bed today and not go in.

Aiming for a red day today, have a butternut squash that needs using so will have that for tea.

Red day:

(B) porridge and milk (heb and hea)
Toast with marmite and spread (heb2) (3)

(L) ham and cheese omelette (hea2)
Activia peach yog

(D) chicken wrapped in bacon, roasted butternut squash, broccoli, green beans and gravy (2)

(S) hot chocolate (2) caramel wafer bar (7)

Plenty of rest planned - still in bed. May transfer myself to the sofa in a bit to catch up on some tv and then watch a film :-D xx
 
Yesterday although I was ill I managed to stick to plan all day and it was a red day too! Feeling in control :-D

Still not feeling 100% but much better than I was so just going to take today easy and aim to be back in work tmrw.

Today's plan: relax, watch a film, find a dress for Xmas do (going to be a hard task) stick to plan

Food plan for today:

(L) scrambled eggs, LM Italian sausages (2) beans, cheese (hea2) ketchup (1)

(S) activia yog

(D) beef stew on lots of veg

(S) hot choc (2) mars ice cream (7)

Syns 12 - haven't got anything to have for my 2nd b choice so tweaking and having a milky hot choc as a 3rd a choice to make up for it.

Got on the scales this morning and im not happy, I know I shouldnt weigh every day (especially at the mo) but ive gained 1.5 since yesterday morning :cry:
Walk planned at lunchtime and then friend round later and we will prob go for a walk after dinner..

Nooo it's not WI so no daily weighing for you missus. And you're pregnant, there will always be little gains and some of them will be water. I bloat up and down on a daily basis depending on what I've been doing that day so the gain might easily just be that. Don't worry and stop weighing! xxx
