Nellylou -2 stone to go! I can do it with SW

It'll be pressure from baby on your stomach, I started with reflux and mega heartburn at about your stage and it was quite nasty until baby dropped! I still get heartburn but the reflux seems to have mostly gone. Sleeping propped up helps, as does plenty of milk and gaviscon. Take it easy hun xxx

I'm going to have to give in and get some gaviscon I think, nothing else seems to get rid of the heartburn.
Thanks for the advice xx

It's horrible stuff but it does work. I have gaviscon liquid for at home and Rennies tablets for keeping in my bag, the gaviscon tablets are even more ming than the liquid IMO!

Hope you can shift it, it's no fun :( xxx

Today may be tricky as going to a Thai restaurant for lunch. The food is lovely and not greasy but unsure of syns.. So tired this morning, still in bed but should really get up as need to leave in 25 mins for work!! Really hungry as well, bowl of fruit and fibre as soon as I get there I think! :)

Food hasnt been great today, def not a good slimming world day but cals arent horrendous... as I get later in to pregnancy im finding it hard to have more than a couple of on plan days in a row. I am still writing it down though which stops me going crazy!

(B) Fruit and fibre with milk

(L) Chicken chow mein

(S) Mccoys crisps and a twirl

(D) Egg, bacon and spaghetti hoops on toast

Literally no fruit and veg today either, must do better tmrw.

You're doing fine - it's not that bad and much better than what I've been eating recently. I'm totally off plan right now but trying to make some healthy choices where I can. The lack of mobility is making it tough for me, I can't stand over a cooker these days like I used to so it's easy dinners all the way. Soup out of a box and bread for tea tonight! xxx

Must have more fruit and veg today and try and walk at lunchtime - crazy how much has changed for me, used to be so active but I've lost all motivation. Really need Friday to show it's face, this week feels way to long.

(B) fruit and Fibre (A and B)
Danio (1)

(S) 2 Ginger nut biscuits (5)

(L) Beef stew, carrots, potatos, onions and mushrooms
Apple

(S) ryvitas (heb2) low low cheese (hea2)
Rocky bar (5.5)

(D) sausages (1.5) mash and mixed veg with gravy (2)

Thanks hun, just can't help feeling down about it - caught site of my legs in a window yesterday and they are just so chunky! I've hot around 10 weeks of growing left too and walking is hard work :( looking forward to getting out with the pram and getting my figure back that I worked hard for.

Hope you enjoyed your tea, sounds just what I fancy actually xx

I'm looking forward to exercise myself, me and baby will be doing lots of walking! I really miss walking everywhere, I used to genuinely enjoy it. And I miss the gym :/ I think when you exercise a lot you notice the difference more when you stop added to a change in diet, my legs feel huge and sausagey even though I've not put that much weight on them. Some of it will be from losing a bit of the muscle from less exercise and some will be water too don't forget! I think my hands alone have gained a 1lb in water retention lol ;) xxx

It'll go hun, and you'll have a little girl to take out walking to get rid of it! Couldn't be better :)

It does take getting used to when you're used to being active, in my case I've done no exercise at all really for weeks now and I hate it! xxx
