Then I ended up having pizza for tea and still have some left this morning!
It depends how many syns or healthy extras I have left. I often add milk or low low spread to the mash and always season with black pepper. Quite often I just add gravy on top of it so don't need anything else xx

I'm so silly as feeling rotten and need to have a good couple of weeks on plan to get my immune system back up. I start maternity leave on Thursday (yay!) and hoping I find it easier to feed myself all the good healthy stuff I'm desperately needing.

Today is looking like this:

(B) leftover pizza (packed full of chicken, mushrooms, onions and peppers) so some healthy stuff there ;-)

(S) banana and persimmon

(D) chicken breast, slimming world chips and beans with cheese (hea)

Ooh I'm hungry this morning but its cold and putting off getting out of bed.
Need to get up and get myself ready to go and see my gran this morning, will prob go for a little walk with her as well to keep us both active ;)

Seriously hungry, had planned to have the ryvitas for lunch but needed more to eat after my porridge!

Im really trying to be good today but im tired and craving sweets and there is birthday cake and Baklava in the office - Going to try though.

(B) Special k bar x2 (heb1 and 2)
Danio yog (1)

(S) 1 piece of baklava (5?)

(L) Chicken and cheese salad with dressing (2) hea1
Blueberries and muller
Banana bread (5)

(S) Nut bar (5)

(D) chicken breast, sw chips, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with gravy (2)

Syns - 18

Over syns but not terrible

Quick update: food still terrible, I'm comfort eating for sure as I'm so tired and just can't wait to be on mat leave! Last day at work tmrw and I'm sure there will be a few tasty treats.. Then from Thursday I'm on it - need more fruit and veg and ill have time to plan and prepare healthy meals.
Feel bloated and fat, struggling to walk more than 20 mins at a time (my walk to work) plus huge coldsore on the side of my lip - I'm craving good healthy food and can't wait till Thursday so I can get myself sorted.

I'm struggling with the fact that all I seemed to teach myself about healthy eating / exercise etc seems to have gone out of the window since becoming pregnant and I can see all of the old bad habits that have crept back in :/
 
Honey don't be hard on yourself. You're about to be a mummy - priorities just change temporarily. Chat to Cazran on here - she is just back on plan as her little girl is 16 weeks. Soon that'll be you and you'll get back to where you were xxx

Doing SW is so so hard when you're pregnant. I did the same remember, I lost all that weight and then regained nearly 3 stone! I'm back to SW next week and back on plan as of Friday though. I know it'll be tougher than last time but I'm going to do it, I want to have the weight off before Seth is older as I don't want him seeing me on diets all the time.

Be kind to yourself, it's not easy. You have all the time in the world to diet once little lady is here, enjoy your time now and get back on it good and proper once she's here. You've had some really good Sw days when it's been possible and that's more than a lot of people manage so you should be proud of yourself. :) xxx

Thanks hun, I know I need to be less hard on my self and know I need to gain weight but I've gained a lot (faced the scales this morning) eeeeek! Thanks for your support as always, it's good to have you and other supportive friends on here to help me again when the time comes to lose the weight I've gained xxx

Ah I know... Weighed this morning and I'm just short of a 3 stone gain with at least 5 weeks to go, prob is I've been scoffing since Christmas so now I've finished work it's time to focus on being a lot healthier in the next few weeks.

Good for you joining slimming world again, you can def do it and ill be joining you in a few weeks xxx
 
So last day at work today, ver happy to be finished but did have a lovely last day: walked in to the below, I've been very spoilt :)

Weighed myself this morning and have gained almost 3 stone, I'm hoping some of it is Christmas bloat!!! Back on it tmrw, cannot gain anymore weight or I'm going to have a complete mission on my hands to lose it all again. Now I'm on mat leave I've got time to do some meal planning and batch cooking before she arrives.
