another hectic day! need to update before I forget:

Green - im doing green but I consider it a low carb green rather than lots of pasta, rice, pot etc

(B) Muller greek style (0.5) 4 ryvita (heb) 3 laughing cow blue cheese (hea)
(L) Prawn noodle salad (3) total 2% with honey stirred in (2) nakd cola rasins (3)
apple and grapes
(S) Roulade (0.5) before swimming

(D) Quorn steak and roasted root veg (parsnips, swede, onion)
(S) Fibre plus (heb2) tea throughout day (hea2)

Im planning on a red day today, going to the cinema this evening and will have something to eat before in town. Think we are planning on bella Italia so I can have a salad.

Feeling hungry, prob as totm is due :(

(B) Slimming world roulade (1) had 2 pieces
(L) 4 Ryvita (heb), 2 laughing cow blue cheese (hea) tinned sardines in tom sauce
Melon
(D) Chicken salad with avacado (5) may see if I can add some goats cheese (hea2)
possible cinema snacks: fibre plus (heb2) total 2% (1) with honey mixed through (2)

Update: didn't have any cinema snacks (YAY!) had a Special K chewy bar when I got in (heb2) tweak!!! And drunk ribena light in the cinema :)

Still sticking to plan even though my food is over the place and mostly junk, but I know I can eat better once I'm better.

Just need to get better so I can cook nice stuff!
 
im feeling so bloated, will be lucky with a STS tomorrow :( really need to strat loosing again.
Im not sure if today will be red or green, depends what I fancy when im on lunch.

(B) Toast with laughing cow light blue cheese (HEB & HEA)
(L) probably tinned sardines on ryvita (HEB2) Yogurt, fruit. If I go Green prob sushi
May have a muller rice for 11 syns before my swim - I know its a lot for what it is but need something filling and I havent had one for ages!

(D) Either quorn spicy steaks or an omlette when i get back - also have a Celeriac that I need to peel, cut and then roast.
 
On a brighter note! im off to H&M at lunchtime (they have a big sale on summer clothes) and as im now a size 14 and all my summer clothes are to big (I chucked them all last week and they ranged from size 16-22) im off to get a few bargins for my holiday in November :D:D:D

Jumped on the scales this morning, 3lbs gain!!!! WTF :eek: Really wasnt expecting that at all, ive been so on plan. TOTM due today so I guess its got something to do with it although usually when im good I dont tend to put on around this time just have massive gains if im a bit naughty :sigh:
need to stay on plan just want comfort food and chocolate as I am SO TIRED this week! going to a show tonight and then swimming first thing tmrw, then I can start to relax for the weekend going to think of some yummy sw recipies that can satisfy my need for comfort and big portions :D

I know that feeling - that was me last night! I bet it is totm, I'm pretty sure it is with me. Although I think the cake and burger didn't help my cause much ;) It'll be gone as soon as the witch is x
 
awww honey! if you have time, batch cook some yummy comfort food! Mash potato is one of my most comforting comfort food! although chocolate seems to be creeping up the list and i dont even like it that much! lol
 
Soups are brilliant for comfort food - I love root veg soups at this time of year. Shepherds pie is my other fave - having a red day tomorrow and gonna do shepherds pie with swede and carrot mash on top :D
 
Hey both (waves) :)

Been off plan - went to see a show, wasn't in the slightest bit hungry before, got home at 10.30 starving!! Boyf had made tacos and as we have been barely speaking all week and this was his 'peace offering' I just couldn't refuse :/ I have done a lot of walking and although I'm way over on syns I'm still under on cals (can't help but keep an eye on them) so not too upset.

Missy your a veggie right? I quite like to do low carb green days every now and again (does that make sense) like ill have swede with Quorn so neutral foods rather than either red or green x

That's a good way to look at it! I like that idea :) I think calling it a red day kinda works as I am using the rules of a red day to limit carbs but then again the food comes out looking very much like a green day. Maybe I should call it a beige day haha! x

I shouldn't have had the hash browns!!

My bro is here for the weekend (he lives in Manchester) so having a takeaway, not sure what yet but going to enjoy it :)

weekend was a diasaster, family fallout and lots of comfort eating (even after loosing 5 stone I still cant seem to break the cycle of eating when im down in the dumps, dont think I will ever learn)
My period is 3 days late too which is adding to the stress and I think its late because im stressed, feel huge and bloated :cry:
I really need to have a 100% day today, if I dont im afraid im going to feel completely out of control..

Really sorry to hear you had such a tough weekend. It being that time of the month at the same time doesn't help either.

You can definitely do a 100% day today, I'm sure. Use some syns to have a Skinny Cow ice cream or a Freddo or something this evening so you feel like you've had a treat without falling too far off the wagon. I'm on my first day back on it after nearly 4 weeks off so hopefully we can keep each other on track.
