Busy day today, rejoined group which was good - cant go next week as at a conference so will weigh myself Sunday as usual. My next official group weigh in is 2 weeks Thursday (the day after my works Xmas party!!)

Well done on re joining - I must admit I'm tempted to do it to get some rocky road hi fi's but the class round here is depressing don't think I could stick it for long - it was so boring it made me want kfc!![]()
Was menat to be going out for dinner tonight but my friend cancelled as not well, am relieved as feeling really out of it today, dizzy when I stand upplus I get to stick to plan!
