Just a quick visit for now to subscribe! Hmmm your talk of jogging has kind of inspired me to start again (note, the kind of lol!) I just about completed couch to 5k last year..I got to the last week but could never quite do the 30 mins straight so I kept repeating previous week, got angry with myself and gave up. Really do need to get back into exercise! xx
Hello and welcome sounds like you did really well getting so close to 30 mins maybe you should give it another go, you might suprise yourself! Im loving exercise at the mo as im being so undisaplined with my food its the only thing thats keeping any major weight gain at bay! I want to try Zhumba, have you ever tried it? xx
I've never tried Zumba cos I'm too self conscious to go to things like that on my own - the thought terrifies me! I have heard its great fun though so hope I find someone to go with at some point When I start my new job I can walk / cycle there so that should help! Xx
