It's good to have treats,I used to have them every day but since doing simply filling its changed.Do like a treat though.Ice cream is always high on my list as you know lol
 
Just been looking at my healthy bmi range I need to be between 8st 7lb -10st 7lb LOL then anything from 10st 7lb - 12st 9lb is classed as overweight!! I can't ever imagine being in either of those brackets!!

I was just curious more than anything!! My over all goal for me is 10st loss taking me to 13st 4lb then I can see how I feel in myself WHEN I get there.
Going to try and convince the hubby to take me clothes shopping tomorrow!! I know for a fact I have dropped a size in jeans so I think a celebratory new pair are in order lol might even have to treat myself to a new top for tomorrow evening too! Xx

New top and jeans is a great idea..yea wait until you get to 13st 4lb and see how you feel then.
