Just realised I'm half way there! I've lost 2st 10lb and I need to lose 2st 9lb to get that first target. I've been doing weight watchers for 13 weeks now and I have 19 weeks until my first goal date so I'm thinking it might actually be possible!!
I need to lose on average 1.9lb a week I know that I may not lose that much each week and I may not meet my target but I need something to keep me focused putting pressure on myself spurs me on If I just say oh well if I hit my target then great but if I don't never mind then I relax more which means I'm more likely to fall off the wagon.
Sorry for the ramble but I spent all evening pulling my pj bottoms up and all day pulling my jeans up and I think it's suddenly sinking in that I'm actually doing this and it's working and I'm losing weight!! I'm actually feeling a little emotional!! Lol what am I like a long way to go yet!! Xxx
Hey Hun,ideal goals set and if it works for you and helps you to keep going then it's all worth it :0) and you've come along way already so there's nothing wrong in being emotional! You have a lot to be proud of :0)
