hey guys im new to this,hope im using it correctly i cud totally be in wrong place!!im 23,started ww pp about 5 weeks ago,first 4 weeks,lost a steady 2lb a week,my partner works away at sea so didnt have much temptation around!!he came home about 2 weeks ago,and ive slowly lost a bit of motivation,to my horror last week i was up 2lb
after seeing that result i said oh i might as well have a bad wkend now and went back to usual habbits!!now i cant get back on track,im doing ww at home as have new baby and cant get to classes but i have always checked this site out and seems ye all support each other really well,hope i can be part of it,,and hope someone may have a bit of advice for me,thanks for reading!!!j:wave_cry:
