Slight change to menu today.
B - Porridge, skimmed milk, berries.
L - 3 ryvita, 2 boiled eggs, mayo, cucumber, beetroot, pickled onions, red peppers.
D - Chicken curry, brown rice. 0% Greek yogurt, berries.
Snacks - 2 tangerines and 1 apple if needed.
Stocked up on my strawberry water as well.
I have to work an extra shift tomorrow night, due to staff shortages, so at least that saves a boozy session
