New Beginnings

Cheers Molly, thats another one to try nearer Xmas, I will stick to the coffee with whisky and skimmed milk for now as there will be less calories, and save the baileys/whisky coffee CREAM for Xmas celebrations :)
 
OH well, I think I fell off the bus last night, but more in the way of alcohol, rather than food. I will try and remember what I had yesterday :D

B - Porridge, skimmed milk, water.
L - 2 ryvita, LF Mayo, Cathedral City Cheese.
D - Mini roast potatoes made in frylite.
Snacks - 3 ryvita, 2 boiled eggs, LF Mayo.
4 Terrys All Gold.

Alcohol - oh dear, 3 Irish Coffees, and about a third of a litre of bacardi with diet coke.

It was a really good day/evening what I remember of it, and I have to do it all again today as my Son and his GF is visiting.

Food today will be

B - 2 bacon medallions, 1 grilled tomato, 1 boiled egg, 3 button mushrooms, 2 ryvita.
L - Lentil soup.
D - Chicken curry, basmati rice.

Lots of alcohol again ;):D
 
Haha it sounds like you enjoyed yourself and that's the main thing! Your food has not been bad at all. It all looks very healthy indeed! So surely that makes up for the alcohol? Lol. Xx
 
Doesnt look bad for yesterday Mary, like you said, just the alcohol! Shoulda ditched the coffee and had the spirit straight though! :rotflmao:

WI today, I lost 1lb, could have been better, but could have been a whole lot worse lol.

Food today.

B - Porridge, water, milk.
L - Lentil soup, 2 slices of wholemeal bread.
Snack - large handful of bombay mix.
D - Rib eye steak, onions, mushrooms, roast potatoes.
 
I like rib eye - really tasty. Well done on the 1lb off :). Hope you're enjoying the time with your son & gf xx

Had a lovely weekend with them, it was really nice and relaxing, although a little too much alcohol was consumed on Friday night too, as well as Thursday.

Back to normal today again ;)

B - Usual porridge.
L - Small portion of leftover chicken curry with a little lemon and coriander couscous. 2 pineapple rings.
D - Potatoes, Veg (dont know which yet as Phill is shopping this morning) Pork Chop, Gravy.

Edit to add Baileys/Whisky.

Very frosty this morning, but thankfully NOOOOO snow :D Phill went out 10 minutes before I left and started the car, so it was all nice and cosy and snug when I got in it this morning.

Food today.

B - Porridge, skimmed milk, water.
L - Lentil soup, 2 slices of WM bread, toasted.
D - Lamb chops, pots, veg.

Snacks - 1 hard boiled egg, 2 tangerines, 1 apple.

Getting into the Xmas spirit (literally) with dinner last night I had a whisky/baileys drink - lovely :)

Edit to dinner - Cheese and Bacon Omelette instead of Lamb Chops etc.

Oops!!! Looks like someone is embracing the Christmas spirit, literally!!!! Baileys with a shot of whiskey or brandy was my brother's fav drink for ages. A lethal mix!!! I have a big bottle of Baileys but will resist for just a few days more, if I can!!

Right........I am beginning to go off track since the weekend, what with the choccies, bombay mix, alcohol etc, so today, its back on that bus BIG TIME, I am back on that bus, and I am ONLY going to drink on my 3rd day off work, at least until Xmas time.

Food today.

B - 35g porridge, skimmed milk, sweetner.
D - 2 Lamb Chops, Fat free roast potatoes, brussels, carrots.
T - 2 eggs, probably made into a fritatta with yellow pepper, onions, half a tin of tuna and some grated cheese. 2 Tangerines. (Made double the amount of Fritatta and I will have the other half tomorrow night)


This is it Ladies...........BACK ON TRACK.

Food for Wednesday.

B - 35g porridge, skimmed milk, sweetner.

D - Chicken breast cooked in the slow cooker with onions and chilli sauce, potatoes, brussels, carrots.

T - The other half of the fritatta.

Snacks will be tangerines as I need to shop on my four days off.
