Well done on great losses. I can't seem to make sense on pps for Banana bread. I had delivery of organics yesterday and unfortunately lot of fruit got squashed. My friend took the bananas home and made banana bread for me. Smells devine, with cinnamon and ginger. Anyone know how to go about pointing it? Fortunately my 2 sisters and their partners are arriving this afternoon to stay so I won't be eating the lot myself!! :)?

4 banana , 170 g butter and 240 g brown light sugar cinnamon and ginger.

For whole thing if just tsp of each and full fat butter (not marg) is 62pp xx

..its just spread not real butter it says 6.4 g of fat per 10 g serving x
 
Sorry i would need the other figure to check it... Carbs, protein, fibre - could make a big difference!!

Normal spread is 15ish butter us 36 for 170g x

There are 20 weeks left and if we all push for 1lb a week that is nearly 1.5stone!! so think of that LBD, those bridget pants and that office party! We will all look like rock stars! :D xx
