I will still be around after Xmas and the new year as I have about 7 stone to lose but I so want to achieve my target of losing 3 stone in 6 months just to prove to my other half that I can do it and in a shorter time than 3 years which is how long he said it would take me x

Well I've got exactly 40lb to loose, however I'm not too sure if I believe my "ideal weight" is achievable! So I'll say 30lb!
