So here I am 12stone7pounds and beginning my Cambridge journey again, did it in 2009 started at 16 stone and ended at 12 this time I wanna get to ten day four and think i should come into kerosine some time soon I'm sticking at it no cracking although seems tougher second time round.

So day five and cleanly passed all the horrid head aches etc feeling more human went to see my lady to swop some soups for shakes can't seem to get the soups down . Feeling positive weigh in on Monday just got to get through the weekend away for my boyfriends birthday but I know I can do it I have been do strong , I iced some cupcakes for him and didn't even have the reflex action to lick my thumb when I got some on there lol I am clearly on a mission. Keep saying my mantra in my head ' huge loss, huge loss, huge loss' ! I'll update again after my weigh in
