New diary-I'm going to class!!

Its not fantastic but I use it as a quick standby thats mainly superfree. I think some people do it with baked beans but mines more like a basic veg curry with the addition of mushy peas which give it a more gloopy consistency. Its nice and cheap too!!
 
I think I'm going to try a couple of success express days.
Todays plan-B-coffee and fruit.
D-ham salad and bread-plate is always at least 2/3 SF for this anyway!
T-chicken, rice, stirfryed veg, fruit salad.
Supper-hot milk (2nd Hex A) and alpen lights (2nd hex B)
I'll put some soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce in the veg stirfry and hopefully the chilli sauce and salad cream will be my only syns.

Rough plan for tomorrow-B, D and hexes the same. Tea will be spicy chicken legs and thighs with SW wedges, big salad and fruit salad.
 
Tuesday 3rd April.
Hex A-1)- 375mls skimmed milk, 2)- 375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B-1)- 2 small Wm bread, 2)- 2 alpen lights.

B- coffee, banana.
D- ham, lettuce, tomatoes, grated carrot, cucumber, onion, beetroot, bread, salad cream.
T-chicken, rice, egg, spring onion,peas, 1 tsp sesame oil, soy sauce with LO mushy pea curry and stirfried mushroom, onion, cabbage-red and green, carrot, beansprouts, sweetcorn, 1/4 jar sharwoods sweet and sour sauce. Pudding of pineapple, melon, grapes.
Supper- warm milk, alpen lights.
Syns- salad cream-2, sesame oil-2, sweet and sour sauce-3. Total 7.
 
Wednesday 4th April.
Hex A's-milk as yesterday.
Hex B's- 2 wm bread, 2 alpen lights (whilst I watch Apprentice).

B- coffee-failed miserably with the SF here!!
D- ham salad as usual, bread, salad cream.
T-spicy chicken from SW website, Sw wedges, enormous salad of pea shoots, onion, orange pepper, celery, coriander, carrot stick, mayo mix. Grapes for pud to up the SF. This was a lovely tea and I'll be making it again.
Supper- alpen lights and hot milk.
Syns-salad cream- 2, mayo mix-3. Total 5


Plan for tomorrow is fruit during the day and alpen lights as its 5.30 WI. Plan for tea is pork burgers with thai red curry paste in them. (might actually make one shortly to try to make sure I like it!!) Unforunately I couldn't find under 5% fat pork mince so they will be around 5 syns for each 100 g-hence having them after WI!! I'll have them with wedges and salad and then big weekly treat will be a choc chip muffin!!!
Just hope I have a loss-I've been pretty good the last few days but I'm due on soon so may have a bit of water retention. I only need 1lb for my 1.5 stone shiny!!!
 
Mmm the attempt at thai pork burgers was quite nice-need a bit more salt and possibly some garlic. Need to add 2 more syns to today now. So total of 7.
 
Yehay I lost 3lbs!!!:D:D:D
 
Thursday 5th April.
Hex A-375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B-nothing but I've had such a big synny tea so I'm not having anything else.

B- coffee.
D- melon, pineapple, grapes, satsuma.
T-(after WI) thai pork burgers, SW wedges, pea shoots, lettuce, celery, orange pepper, carrot sticks, mayo mix.
S-green tea and a chocolate chip muffin.
Syns- pork mince-15, thai red curry paste-2, mayo mix-2, muffin-25!!! Not totalling that up-just hope I can behave the rest of the week so I have a loss next friday morning.
Oooh I'm enjoying this muffin.
 
Realised during the night that I set off with 68lbs to lose initially and 23lbs means I've lost 1/3 of it!!
 
Friday 6th April.
Had a lovely relaxed morning at work today-what a difference when the managers are off!!

Hex A- 375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B-1 small WM bread, 1 alpen light.
B-coffee.
D- ham, lettuce, grated carrot, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot, new potatoes, salad cream.
T- meatballs(EL mince, bread, onion, mushrooms, garlic) in tomato sauce(passata, tomato puree, onion, mushroom, garlic, basil) with spaghetti. Mullerlight greek style with coconut which was quite nice.
Supper will be the alpen light.
Syns-2 minieggs at work-1.5, salad cream-2, mullerlight-0.5. Total so far-4.
 
Saturday 7th April.

Hex A-375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B-2 alpen lights.

B-coffee, alpen light as needed anti-inflammatories for my back.
Snack-alpen light at work-starving ? because of TOTM??
D-ham, 2 small WM bread, lovely tomato, apple (in car going to look at sheds).
T-(at mums) roast chicken, frylighted roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, onion (no leeks and I wanted more SF), cauliflower, sprouts, broccoli, gravy. Mullerlight coconut.
Syns-bread-6, gravy-4, mullerlight-0.5. Total so far-10.5 but I'm hungry-aaarrrggghhh!! I've got to hide lots of little eggs yet for DD-think at least one'll be hiding in me never to be seen again!!
 
Oh dear-I was naughty- 5 of the mini eggs-cant find syns for them but like solid minieggs without the icing-going to count them as 1 each as minieggs are 2 for 1.5. So 5 here. Bag of crisps-is that 9?? Creme egg-9. I was thinking about cheese on toast but luckily fell asleep!!! So total pigout-23+ the 10.5= 34.5 and the 4 from friday-38.5/30. Thats not too bad-better see how I do today surrounded by chocolate!!!!
 
Proper food was OK yesterday but the excess chocolate will have to be flexi synned. Off to work for long day in a min so will update properly tonight.
 
Monday 9th April.
Long day at work but haven't been tempted by any goodies-yet!!

D-ham, 4 small new potatoes, lettuce, grated carrot, tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, onion, salad cream, bread. Greek Mullerlight.
T- pasta, LO meatballs, LO thai pork burgers, 1 LF sausage, sauce of onion, mushroom, tinned tomatoes.
Syns-salad cream-2, yogurt-0.5, pork balls-5, sausage-0.5. Total 8-but I want some chocolate!!! Pondering having my 50g lindt bunny so that its gone and I can't have anything else!!

So I'm now drawing a line and trying for SE next few days. WI will be friday this week so I'm hopeful that I might be able to get a loss if I really try hard.

D-(at 3pm!!) ham, lettuce, grated carrot, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, beetroot, salad cream, bread. My SF took over 3/4 of the plate!!
T-(plan) LO pasta and meatballs from yesterday-theres not much but my dinner has been so late. Going to have a bowl of fruit for pudding and the other alpen light for supper.
 
Yesterday went as plan. Syns were salad cream-2, pork and sausage-1 (max there was hardly any left!!), chocolate-3. Total of 6.

I've planned main meals for the next week and a half-mainly out of the freezer to try and save some money and get the freezer contents down as it really needs defrosting!!
 
Wednesday 11th April.

Hex B-1) 2 alpen lights.

B-coffee.
D-McD's crispy chicken salad-
T-SW sticky turkey, rice, carrots, leeks, mangetout (SF took nearly 2/3 of the plate). Melon.
Syns- crispy chicken-?6, honey in turkey dish-3. Total so far of 9-but I'll be tempted later as will be in bed late for me.

Went for a walk around a local reservoir with a friend and her dog and kids on bikes. It's around 3 miles. Some of it was at a good pace but a lot was at slow dog pace but it was great to be out in the fresh air. We then went to McDs where I had to kick up a fuss as 1) they'd run out of grilled chicken and 2) they said I couldn't have salad because they had no bowls. In the end the manager found a plate and I didn't have to pay for it-except for in syns!! Still it was very nice!
Should get lots of exercise tomorrow as I need to move lots of plants from a raised bed and then remove the soil as the raised bed is being demolished (by me!)to make room for a shed so I can get rid of the enormous leaky garage and have a nice patio and garden thats south facing. The main work looks like its going to be done more quickly than anticipated so I need to get on with my part-oh and find a suitable shed!!
