3. DAY OF CHALLENGE: Week 3 Day 2
4. PLAN: RED
5. WATER: 3Ltrs.
6. CARBS: None
7. BODY MAGIC: 30 mins kettlebells, 240 steps ( 10 flights of stairs) 20 mins walking
8. Syns: 2 creamy balsamic vinegar
9. Salad Duck and vegetables with side of seaweed salad (gorgeous)
Salad 2 Grilled chicken, lambs lettuce, tomato and cucumber (photo)

I know today was supposed to be rest day but as I didn't do yesterday felt I needed to catch up.

UPDATE - for WED 27/08/2014 - DAY 3 OF CHALLENGE

THE GET FIT CYCLE - DAY 3

Today is a RED day. No carbs are allowed. Your food for the day should be packed with fibre and protein only. You must have one Salad as a Maincourse in the day. Today is a Rest Day so no exercise. 2 Litres of water to drink minimum. 10 syns allowed maximum.

THE TURBO CYCLE - DAY 3

Today is a GREEN/EE day. A small amount of carbs are allowed in one meal only with a side salad. You need to eat 2 Salads in the day. Your other Salad should be a Maincourse. Today you must exercise for 1 hour. 3 Litres of water to drink minimum. 10 syns maximum if you need them.

7. BODY MAGIC: 45 min walk as trains were messed up
8. Syns: 3.5
9. Salad: Cheesy (mixed leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, cottage cheese, grated cheddar)

Evening everyone :) just a flying visit from me. Unfortunately I will have to pull out this week, we have guests and with all the entertaining it will be hard to stick to plan. I hope to join you all soon. Well done to everyone this week your all doing fantastically well. I hope to catch up on posts soon. In the meantime here is the update for DAY 4. THE GET FIT CYCLE - DAY 4

Today is a GREEN/EE day. A small amount of carbs are allowed with one meal only. Your other meal must be carb free and a Salad Maincourse. Today you must exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes. 2 Litres of water to drink minimum. 10 syns allowed maximum.

THE TURBO CYCLE - DAY 4

Today is a RED day. Carbs are not allowed. You need to eat 2 Salads in the day. One should be a Side Salad and one a Maincourse Salad. Today you need to do 1 hour of exercise. 3 Litres of water to drink min and max. 7 syns maximum.

Hi Kay, here is my salad plan for day 4 and good news at last I've had my cuddle with my granddaughter.

THE TURBO CYCLE - DAY 6

Today is a GREEN/EE day. You are allowed one carb meal with a side salad and the other must be a carb free Salad Maincourse.. Today you must exercise for 1 hour. 3 Litres of water to drink min and max. 10 syns allowed if you need them.
