Ok, so here's my effort for the day.
1.DATE: 3rd July
2.CYCLE : Get Fit
3. DAY OF CHALLENGE: 4
4. PLAN: EE
5. WATER INTAKE: Still glugging but over 2litres already, plus a couple of green teas (many trips to the loo!)
6. CARBS TODAY: Small jacket potato
7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: Filling/emptying paddling pool, pumping it up with dodgy foot pump and 1/2 hr walk, with 4 year old having a piggy back half of the time! Not classic exercise but sure made me hot!
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: 10 total - Alpen light, 3sqs Dairy Milk (later) light mayo, muller yogurt
9. SALAD: Cold spicy chicken, with home made SW coleslaw (extra light mayo synned), big green salad plus grated courgette, sliced baby sweetcorn and home grown baby tomatoes (first of the year, bit late but so tasty)
Confession.... I ate it before I remembered that I should have taken a photograph
sorry but it was really tasty and I was trying to encourage aforementioned grandson to eat his lunch at the time.
