5. WATER INTAKE: 2 ltrs.
6. CARBS TODAY: New potatoes
7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: 90 mins gardening
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: 10
9. SALAD: Turkey, iceberg lettuce, toms, celery, cucumber, pepper and beetroot, apple and orange salsa.

Well done Patty, on a fab DAY 4 hun ;). Your turkey salad looks delish ! I've never tried mixing fruit with my savoury salads but I've seen cavegirl13 do it as well as yourself and it does look super yummy so am definitely going to try that out :). You've done amazing with your body magic this week with all your gardening, your garden must look ever so pretty now with all your hardwork :p. Your doing fab on the syns and water too. I hope your enjoying week 2. Please try and read all the updates for today regarding continuing with the challenge after week 2. Hope you have a fab DAY 5 hun, good luck ! :D

Yay ! Go Linda ! :D I missed you today ;). Fab day 4 hun. Well done on the 2 salads, they both sound super delish, wish you had pics :), your exercise and water intake is brill too, that is a perfect TURBO day hun :p. I really hope you all have a smashing loss on Monday, you've all worked amazingly hard this week :). Good luck for DAY 5 Linda, I know you will do a fab job lovely. Also please can you make sure you read all the updates for today, thanks.

7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: been spring cleaning the house all day inbetween sorting Connor so say a few hours ? :/
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: 8.5syns
9. SALAD: Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, beetroot, pickled onion, onions, mint sauce.

Tea. Jacket potato. Quite a large one oops. Cheese and onion savory with syned mayo. Lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes. Celery. Picked onion and gherkins.

I know of a little tearoom/cafe that includes strawberries, orange slices, grapes, apple and banana in it's salads. Only a little of each, but it does make the salad look a bit 'special'!

Yes and that's one thing I adore about your salads Patty, the colours on the plate, their so vibrant and enticing, it's like a picture on a plate, that's why I said your garden must be beautiful, I have sense your quite an artistic lady :):).

UPDATE - for FRI 10/07/2014 - DAY 5 OF CHALLENGE

THE GET FIT CYCLE - DAY 5

Today is a RED day. No carbs are allowed. Your food for the day should be packed with fibre and protein only. You must have one Salad as a Maincourse in the day. Today is a Rest Day so no exercise. 2 Litres of water to drink minimum. 10 syns allowed maximum.

THE TURBO CYCLE - DAY 5

Today is a RED day. No carbs are allowed. Your food for the day should be packed with fibre and protein only. You must have 2 Salads, one as a Maincourse and one as a side. Today you must exercise for 1 hour. 3 Litres of water to drink min and max. 7 syns maximum.
