Amazing loss over the two weeks, cave girl especially as you are quite small to begin with. Any advice for someone just starting the challenge?
Good Morning lovely , you will get lots of helpful tips looking back at everyone' s Salad diaries. Cavegirl13 as well as the others have worked really hard on all the key elements of the challenge. You will get lots of inspiration from their recipe ideas and everyone talks openly on a day to day basis on how their week is going. So for example when you are on day 3, you can read everyone's diaries for Day 3 and see they are experiencing the same things as you. Also make sure you go over the guidelines as much as possible, there is a lot to take in, but there are many tip and hints in there to help you stay on track throughout the week. Also the results table which I will be putting up later today, hopefully will energise and motivate you to want to achieve the same results at the end of your week. And lastly I am always here to help and support you throughout the week and give you a much needed kick up the bum if you need one ! . Hope you have a smashing week 1 ! Good luck hun !
