Hey CW , well done on a fab DAY 5 ! Loving the zero carbs and no syns, whoop ! Your smashing it with the water too . Salad sounds super yummy. We're almost at the end of the challenge, Monday is near, you've all done fantastic this week, you should all be proud of yourselves, hope you have a smashing loss on Monday !
