Hey Suzy :D. Smashing day 2 hun ! Lots of quorn salads today from everyone :p yummy ! Amazing salad pic hun ! :) Well done for sticking to plan Suzy I know your really busy this week. You've done amazing and are hitting all your targets, keep it up hun ! You'll have a smashing loss again on Monday like you did last time ;). Good luck for day 3, I'm guessing you've got your salad all prepped already for work :D .

Breakfast (weighed), milk in the fridge ( Measured), peaches chopped up for snacking and ham and egg salad all ready to go. 6.30 to 4.30 shift tomorrow. :D

I'm posting now as possibly won't have a signal later on my phone. Am very committed this week so shouldn't change from that, I won't be anywhere where temptation will be thrust in my way! lol

2.Cycle : Get fit
3. Day: Week 1, 3rd Day
4. Plan: Red
5. Water: 2 green teas already, have 2l of water with NAS orange with me, have already drunk a third, rest over the day
6. Carbs: None
7. Body Magic: None
8. Syns: 4.5 (will update later if needed but don't anticipate any more)
9. Salad: Tuna salad, mixed leaves, tomatoes, cress, cucumber, red/yellow peppers, pickled onions

Edit: I've been up and going since four, hence already drinking quite a lot!
 
Thought I would share my lunchtime delight. (its easier from a laptop, than my ipad) Chicken, mixed leaves, gherkins, beetroot, peppers, onions and jalpenos with tesco lighter choices Thai sweet chilli dressing (3 syns) - so good!

Hi Kay, I'm not late this time. Still having trouble putting the pictures on though. Will do the template first then add pictures later. So I don't lose the lot again. grrr

2.CYCLE : Turbo challenge
3. DAY OF CHALLENGE: Week 4 Day 3
4. PLAN: Green
5. WATER INTAKE: 3 ltrs.
6. CARBS TODAY: Small jacket potato
7. BODY MAGIC/ EXERCISE: 1 hour exercise bike and 15 mins. kettle bells
8. TOTAL SYNS/TREAT CALS: none
9. SALAD: Chilli quorn, jacket potato, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber
Feta cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and beetroot
pictures to follow minimins keeps freezing when I try to load the pics. Then I lose the whole post. Followed all the tips you gave me last time. No luck so far xx

Syns : 7 - salad dressing 3 and crisps 4
Salad: Chicken, mixed leaves, gherkins, beetroot, peppers, onions and jalpenos with tesco lighter choices Thai sweet chilli dressing (3 syns)

Bit uncertain under a normal "red" we can have 2 Heathly extra A and B. Is this still the case with this challenge?

Hey Anju :p, well done on a fab day 3 hun, your salad looks amazing !! On Red hun you can have your A's but your B's you have to syn. On Green or EE you can have both. Hope this makes sense ;).

Well done for hitting all your targets and good luck for day 4, I hope you do brill ! :D

UPDATE - for THURS 07/08/2014 - DAY 4 OF CHALLENGE :p

THE GET FIT CYCLE - DAY 4

Today is a GREEN/EE day. A small amount of carbs are allowed with one meal only. Your other meal must be carb free and a Salad Maincourse. Today you must exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes. 2 Litres of water to drink minimum. 10 syns allowed maximum.

THE TURBO CYCLE - DAY 4

Today is a RED day. Carbs are not allowed. You need to eat 2 Salads in the day. One should be a Side Salad and one a Maincourse Salad. Today you need to do 1 hour of exercise. 3 Litres of water to drink min and max. 7 syns maximum.
