5. WATER INTAKE: 1.5L Green tea, 1L Water, 500ml shapers green tea drink - struggled today with being on the move so much to get much to drink
6. CARBS TODAY: HEB's and sushi rice in my lunch
7. BODY MAGIC: 35 min swim, 30 mins walking min
8. TOTAL SYNS: 10.5 - 3 for sushi, 5 for maltesers 2.5 for a cadbury's rose

Day off for me too! I started out well and was supposed to have my yummy broccoli cheese soup for tea but OH wanted to treat me to tea and a bit of Xmas shopping! Can't complain ;-) x
Melissa- mushroom soup- I'd keep it simple with mushrooms, onions, garlic and stock. I would also syn some butter to fry the onions in, makes a big difference to the mushrooms somehow!
I struggle with the red days too- would recommend omelette as snow said! With bacon and mushroom it's so tasty and keeps me really full til late lunch x
 
I just struggle for time to make omlette in mornings, school run then usually running errands or will take little boy to a stay and play group...were going to a play group tomorrow so think I will take a yoghurt and fruit tp eat as they always dish out buttery toast (mmmmmm) its for the toddlers really but mummys always end up eating it lol!

Have you made the sw quiche before? Quite similar to omelette really and you can put on whatever you like- no pastry but you can line the tin with ham or red pepper from a jar. You can make them in bun/muffin cases and keep them in the fridge. Tasty cold on the go or warm them up and have with beans on EE/green when you have time :) won't beat hot buttery toast though!! X
 
Yeah made sw quiche last time I was doing sw a few years ago...havent made it this time round yet! Playgroup was hellll...they had hot buttery toast, crumpets AND fruit bread, it was torture! Determined to do well this week though so NONE passed my lips :D so proud of myself!!

That's so good- I would have definitely caved at the fruit bread!!
The quiche could be a good shout breakfast wise, its handy to grab and doesn't use a hex which I like.
Had my broccoli cheese soup for lunch, it was yummy! X

Looks like you're all doing great! Love the sound of that Brocoli Cheese soup, thanks, may well be nicking that recipe to replenish my stocks. Keep it up ladies, Monday weigh in is not far off! :)

THE GET FIT CYCLE - DAY 6

Today is a GREEN/EE day. You are allowed one carb meal and the other meal must be your carb free Soup. Today you must do 30 mins of exercise minimum. 2 Litres of water to drink minimum. 10 syns allowed maximum.

THE TURBO CYCLE - DAY 6

Today is a GREEN/EE day. You are allowed one carb meal and you must have x2 bowls of Soup.. Today you must exercise for 1 hour. 2.5 Litres of water to drink min and max. 10 syns allowed if you need them

Sorry everyone I fell asleep and realised I haven't posted the schedule for everyone :confused:. I will be having tomorrow as a day off. I am going to post the schedule for Sunday as well (day 7). I will be back on Sunday to catch up with you all. Well done on a fab week and I hope you all have a smashing weekend :). Night night.

Today is a RED Day. No carbs are allowed. You must have protein and fibre in your meals. You must have one Soup as a maincourse for the day. Today is a Rest Day, no exercise.. 2 Litres of water to drink minimum. 10 syns allowed maximum.

THE TURBO CYCLE - DAY 7

Today is a RED day. No carbs are allowed. You must eat protein and fibre only. You must have x2 bowls of Soup (carb free) today. Today is a Rest Day, no exercise. 2.5 Litres of water to drink min and max. 7 syns allowed maximum.
 
I am soooo happy that Sunday is a red day hahaa was praying! Planning a chicken dinner with all the trimmings....yummyyyy
