Well you've certainly given me the confidence to try S&S in a week or so if nothing else. I'm going to check on the Birdseye chicken packs and the rice packs if they are okay and if so then I'll just have them for tea each day for a week, or tuna salad.

Glad i could be of help. Dont mean to sound silly but what rice packs are u talking about? Are these low carb? Mmmm i love tuna salad!! I remember i used to drown them in mayonaise!! Il never eat like that again, im going back to basics. May have one tomorrow as my evening meal.


Aww thanks ava. U made do the biggest smile reading that lol. Its so funny but i still feel fat, they say it takes months to get used to our new body, i better start feeling slim soon lol. In no time youll be refeeding hun, cant beleive the amount of money im saving being on this diet, normally id be in the shops umteen times for the day buying snacks i didnt need to buy, now i spend money on clothes or buy stuff for my neice lol. Isit just me or do u see stuff now and buy them for buying sake? Lol its crazy. I will deffo be posting my final goal pics if i drop the last 9lbs. Exited very much to wear my size 10s for new yrs.

Um I can't remember the brand off top of my head but it begins with T and they do coconut flavoured rice and chilli rice etc. I'll have to check it out. What amount of carbs are we looking at per meal in refeed?
 
Sounds reall nice, even though im not a rice fan as it messes with my blood sugar levels, actuall anything that has carba affects me, these past weeks my health has taken a turn for the best, m doctors are impressed with my blood tests and my cholesterol was a bit high and now is normalises, this is a life changing diet i tell u.


Not quite sure how much carbs are allowed on refeed but as your allowed a few baby potatoes i guess u wont be allowed that much rice, theirs alot of refeed pages online that u can check out. How do u feel about refeeding? Im still scared of eating and i feel guilty for eating the sns bars, spoke to my gp yesterday and shes concerned about me possiby heading towards an eating disorder if i dont get a grip on things.

Hun your already doing dancing and that counts towards the toning and and once u start exercising ur going to enjoy it, so fun!!

Thank u hun, yea i sometimes i stare in the mirror and dance hahaha talk about me going crazy lol. The support i got on here is amazing. My taste buds have changed!! Cant beleive it.

Im going out on the 12th which is next week i think, got the size 10 dress waitin for me but if i lose another 5 lbs it would look perfect, hope i can get atleast that off by next week, its a very revealing dress thats cut out right down the middle so my back and stomach will be pretty much naked. Goodluck to me lol haha xx

Hi again, the rice brand is Tilda. I love it as coconut or chilli rice with reggae reggae chicken is sooooo yummy. I am a little scared of eating again as I'm worried about the weight going back on, but I don't think you will end up with an eating disorder, you are just nervous about it the same as the rest of us. We've worked so hard we don't want to ruin it. You'll relax a bit once you discover a few foods that don't make you pile the pounds back on.

Ohhh tilda!! Didnt no they had flavoured rice, i love coconut, its a staple in my house. I do hope my nerve dont spiral out of controll, i love food but im enjoying the tiny portions we get on sns, in the past i used to eat 10 times that amount lol. Yea i think the gym will ve my best friend along with low carbing
 
There's no real reason for us to be scared of food, we can still eat small portions of our favourite foods after goal, we just need to eat a balanced diet and exercise that portion control. Also, the gym and keeping fit will be handy too as the days we do indulge in something slightly higher in carbs our body can burn it off and it not do so much damage.
 
Yea ur totally right, portion controll and everything in moderation with a good work out and we are sorted.
 
Having pizza or chocolate is fine as long as you eat it in moderation. After all a good saying I saw the other day is "you can eat anything you want. But don't eat everything".
 
Yea your right, wouldnt want to eat everything. As gillian mckeith said " u are what u eat" i thought about it and its true
