You'll surprise yourself by the end of the week. Level two is tough, I have to talk myself into doing it each day but I know that it will give fab results. On the positive I went and got a new dress from next today, and it was a 14. Am in a 14 but never thought I'd get away with a 14 dress with my boobs so well chuffed have struggled with food today though, stuck to plan but it's been hard x
Well feeling very positive so far this week, although I've had to stop myself from looking in the mirror because I get upset that i cant see the difference everyone else seems to be able to see, day 5 into the shred and it is getting slightly easier
By the way just had the goen prawn curry out of the last mag and it was gorgeous. x
Well maintained this week but was warned it might happen because of water retention from the shred, so hopefully a loss next week, was really upset earlier because I've been so good but my OH bought me a new dress to make me feel better lol x
Well not been on track for a couple of days I'm very disheartened at the min and I'm not sure why!!! Hopefully I can get back on track before weigh in day, definately need some motivation this week :-(
