Mon 30th after an awful week food wise I'm back on the case it's been hectic socially with meals out . I'm weighing tonight but dreading it !! But need to get back to being focused again : fingers crossed it's not too much if a gain !!!!

Hey im good thanks !! Been brill during the week but not so good at weekends but have ben trying a few red days which have been showing good results on the scales but ive been starving !!!! Not been able to get to group fir 2 wks with work comitments but weighed myself today and on my scales they show a loss of 10lbs in total so well chuffed !! Tho got a very sociable weekend so hope thus doesnt impact too much when i go to weigh in on monday
Well im restarting again today after a break from SW in december : weighed in this morning and put nearly all the weight i had lost back on : inevitable i suppose ! But am focused and ready to go for it !!
