New Start, New Diary.....

Working 1-9 so food at odd times again.

B: porridge (A and B) with raspberries. An orange and some grapes. Coffee
S: 1 LM sausage and some quorn meatballs with red sauce (1)
L: potato and leek soup. 2 ryvita with 2 dairylea (A and B). 2 satsumas and a honeyed peach greek mullerlight (0.5)
S: banana
D: low fat supernoodles with some quorn pieces

Feeling peckish again but don't know what to eat!
 
Last night ended up having a cornetto (8), rocky road (2nd half of B) and pear.

Was planning on going to sainsburys today after finishing work at 1 but there was a massive queue of traffic going in that direction so went to tesco instead. Wanted to go to sainsburys since I've ran out of sausages and they are the only place near me that sell the low fat quorn and LM rosemary and red onion ones :( Anyway, all stocked up on food :) have got snacky things, am trusting myself not to binge on them!!

Food so far today
B: 2 satsumas and a pear. coffee
S: banana, pear, rocky road
L: potatoes done in actifry (tin of 20p tesco ones!!) and beans (was hungry after shopping and this was quick to do!!)
D: currently have the cheese and onion pie in the oven, going to have it with beans and have sausages on for bf to have with it too.

Scales so far this week are showing a gain but I'm not worrying. Same thing happened last week where my weight went up after official weigh in and then down again. Will make more of an effort to get more water in as feeling a bit bloated.

Right off to make the banana snacky thing!! :) Will let you know how it turns out!!
 
I don't get the hot chocolate part of these banana sweeties..
They do look amazing though!
 
Rest of food yesterday:

D: cheese and onion pie (A) and beans
S: banana choc thing (2), 2 mikado (1), a pear, peanut hifi (B)

Loved the pie, it was very filling. I ate all of mine was was stuffed. BF couldn't finish his since he was having sausages too. I halved the recipe from the website but upped the cheese to make it to healthy extras worth of cheese on the top! Ate the peanut hifi before bed, was in no way hungry but just ate it since I only had one rocky road as a B earlier.

Scales still showing a gain this morning :mad: But its totm so taking that's the reason why. Usually though it would affect me the week before but I had a loss this time, same as last month! Going to keep with it (last month I ended up having a binge) and keep fingers crossed for Wednesday.
 
I'm not annoyed at the moment but know I will if they haven't come down by Wednesday lol but even if they don't it will show next week! I'm near happy enough with the weight I am now.

Food was at weird times today due to having a lie in and then doing a mad clean of the house. Am absolutely stuffed now, if I eat another bite I might be sick!! (Probably cos I hardly ate during the day and have had a lot the last few hours. Will be glad to be back in work tomorrow and eating at normal times!!)

Brunch: coffee, grapes and pear.
S: satsuma and last wee bit of cheese and onion pie. coffee
D: sweet potato curry (yum!!) with rice and a quorn fillet. 2 satsumas
S: 2 rocky road and peanut hifis (B x2) chopped up and mixed in a bowl with grapes, lemon greek ml (0.5), 1 mikado (0.5) and mini marshmallows (2). A crunchie (9.5) and pear.
 
Yesterday

B: coffee, 2 satsumas and a pear. Toffee mullerlight
L: leftover sweet potato curry and rice.
D: had planned on making soup but it was so dark and miserable outside I wanted something stodgy so made pasta bake (A) with quorn meatballs. Also had some roasted parsnip since they needed ate.
S: 2 rocky road (B), peanut hifi (B) and 4 mikado (2). Had planned on having more syns, was thinking of a crunchie! But got a sore head and fell asleep on the sofa. Went straight to bed when I woke up!

Today

Food was completely not what I was planning. Was off work, had told my sis I would watch the baby for a while if she needed to get anything done since they were only back from a weekend in England on Monday night. She text this morning saying she wasn't well at all so could I go up asap since she didn't want to be near the baby. Went straight up before breakfast but brought fruit with me and took soup from my freezer. I was taking her heinz tomato up but I knew I wouldn't eat it cos it's very high syns!!

Ended up not really eating properly but picking on fruit, a load of satsumas, grapes and a banana. Had BNS soup, 4 ryvita and dairylea (A and B) and a ww yogurt round half 4 (finally got baby to sleep!!). Got home round 7 and made a big plate of salad (lettuce/egg/red onion/ red pepper/tomato/ wee bit of grated cheese and salad cream (1) ) with a baked sweet potato, quorn fillet and fried mushrooms.

Sitting here wondering what to eat!! Have a B choice left and syns. Thinking a crunchie (9.5) and xmas hifi!

Also want to get some soup made and frozen as have none left in freezer!
 
It is :D I've another sis living in England and she misses so much. The baby is the first one in our family so I'm glad to be able to help out when I can. She's only 14 weeks old!! It was my first time changing nappies today lol. Usually my sis does it when I'm there but she was in bed most of the day. She got up to make the bottles as I don't have a clue how to!

Scales have came down from what they were but are still half a pound up on last week. There's not one day I went over 15 syns this week so if it doesn't show tomorrow I know it will at next weeks weigh in if I keep at it.

Well done with the nappies! I cant wait for my sister to have babies. Hoping it will ease me in slowly haha before having my own. Got no babies in the family yet but hoping when we do it will get me some experience :) x

What a day!! Glad it's pretty much over!!

B: 2 satsumas, an apple and banana. 2x coffee.
L: salad- lettuce, onion, tomato,pepper, egg, grated cheese, quorn fillet and salad cream (2). Toffee mullerlight. Coffee
D: 2 scrambled egg with some lettuce and onion. Lemon greek mullerlight (0.5)

Went to weigh in and lost 1.5lb!!!!!!!!! Had weighed before going and it showed a loss (was jumping from 1.5 - 2lb loss). I actually weighed less the evening than this morning?? Can't understand how?! My scales were showing me up all week apart from today!
Only 2lb to go to target :D :D

Had a peanut hifi after group, still have another B choice but is a bit late to be eating.

Now for the stuff that's wrecked my head today!
1. Dropped my phone getting out of the car and screen is all cracked :( It wasn't dropped from very high, it just slipped out of my hand :( bf thinks he can fix it. He seen a video on youtube so I've ordered the kit. Otherwise it's going to cost between £50 - £70 to do!!!
2. Granny fell on me when putting her to bed tonight :( She's ok but I had to get mum in to get her up. There was no way I could've stopped it as she fell forward when I was supporting her from behind. She's getting worse and worse recently :(
3. Ordered a coffee machine for mums Christmas present from me and sis. Got it sent to mums house as there is always someone there to receive it. It came in no packaging!!!! (Well apart from the box it actually comes in) The address and invoice was stuck to the side of the box. So mum has seen it :mad: She said to me there was a package for me that came in granny's house. A clothes order had came too but pretty sure she's seen both of them. Am so annoyed over it, like it is really too much to expect something you order to come in another box or some sort of wrap??? I've sent an email to amazon complaining!


Oh won the raffle in group tonight.. won the ingredients to make pumpkin soup :D Might try that tomorrow before work. And I made a load of soup last night too (I've 4 portions of leek and potato and 4 of BNS!).

Sorry to hear about your rubbish day though, sounds horrible! My gran is always falling too, feel so sorry for her :(

Sorry to hear about your gran. It is difficult without help, and becomes more & more difficult to support people as they need more. Good luck.

Ah - the delivery without box - I too have been victim of that. I ordered an ice machine for my husband last year for xmas, got it sent to his mothers, so I could pick it up. Came from Amazon in just the box it was sold in - arrives, so she phones him & says "an ice machine has arrived - I suppose its for you" arghhhhhhhhh!! Its so annoying & thoughtless, though I expect it saves Amazon money.
 
Thanks Seacrest :) Only 2lb, hoping to get it off in the next 2 weeks. As far as I know I've nothing coming up so hopefully can do it. Your not far off either!! I sent an email complaining about the box, they replied apologising , blah blah blah about passing it on to the relevant department so they can improve- not much use to me now! Also I could refund or exchange if I wanted, again no use since Mum said about a month ago she would quite like a coffee machine the cup could fit under. Never told her we would get it but I think she could easily guess it was for her when she seen it. There's nobody else I'd be buying one for!!

Yesterday and today have been much better :)

Yesterday (working 1-9 and then stopped at mums after, not home till after 11)
B: 2 cups of pumkin soup (weird for breakfast I know, but made the soup from raffle prize and couldn't wait to taste it!!). Satsuma. Coffee
L: 2 scrambled egg, lettuce, onion, tomato and salad cream (1). Orange
D: potato and leek soup, 4 ryvita and 3 dairylea triangles (A and B). Pear
S: 2 rocky road (B), 3 fruitella (3- I'm guessing), 1 strawberry and cream sweet (1.5) [trick or treat bowl was sitting out when I got home!]

Loads of sweets left over from trick or treaters :( I bought far far too much, since we weren't there last year I had no idea how many to expect. BF said 18 came round but they didn't take much when he held out the bowl! I told him he should have put loads in their bags but he said he wasn't doing that!

Today (7-4 so normal meal times!)
B: coffeex2, banana, apple and pear.
L: salad (lettuce, egg, onion, tomato, grated carrot, celery, cheese (A) and salad cream (1) ) and a BNS soup
D: mushy pea curry, quorn fillet and actifry chips (half B). Made the chips with a tbsp of extra virgin olive oil for a change instead of frylight. Counting as half B as I ate half the chips. I thought the chips turned out crispier. BF couldn't tell much difference and says to keep using frylight!

Still have syns and B to eat :) At mums now but will have popcorn (5 or 6 depending on flavour) or crunchie (9.5) and some hifis when I get home :)
 
So snacking while my rice for tomorrows lunch boils.

Ended up having popcorn (5) [it's a new one I seen, Love Da Popcorn, Pink Himalayan Rock Salt, it's realllly nice!!], mulleright mint choc dessert (5) [it's another new thing for me, it reminds me of after eights!), a peanut hifi and rocky road hifi (rest of days B)

Might be a lot for eating after 11 but I was hungry!
