A loss is a loss Rosie so well done, are you writing down everything you eat and drink I use a app called value diary which is really helpful at tracking some of the values are a little bit out but I know the pp of the things I eat so I change it if I need to. I found out that I was underestimating something's that I eat so was not staying accurate with my pp's, I didn't wi last week as the cancelled the group and tbh I might not go tomorrow as I am feeling full of cold and staying home from work today, :0(Agggghhh don't believe it 1/2 lb off so 6.5 in total lol ... Ah well better off than on ) .. How are you doing what time is your weigh in ?? Have you had a good week ?? X
