A loss is a loss Rosie so well done, are you writing down everything you eat and drink I use a app called value diary which is really helpful at tracking some of the values are a little bit out but I know the pp of the things I eat so I change it if I need to. I found out that I was underestimating something's that I eat so was not staying accurate with my pp's, I didn't wi last week as the cancelled the group and tbh I might not go tomorrow as I am feeling full of cold and staying home from work today, :0(
 
Hi Janet sorry to hear you are not feeling too good that cold is awful my husband and daughter had it also .. Yes fairly pleased with loss today was convinced i had gained .. Yes I have a journal and the ww app that I religiously track lol if I can't find pp value I do estimate and add some just incase .. Will have a look at the app you have said though. the value diary app is just a cheap version of ww diary app n for those who are doing ww at home or not subscribed to ww! such as me and i find the app fab wouldnt be able to follow ww without it but obv if uv got the real thing then u dont need it :)
use ur weeklies as u need them... u have to find what suits u some ppl tend to use them all at the weekend, some spread them out over week, some use them all, some only use some, its totally what works best for u!

Thank you for the post tbh I feel really guilty using weeklies .. Think going to defo try this week though. I still have snacks but include them with my dailies I am allowed 26 pp daily. How are you doing on diet ? Xx

we weigh about the same actually...
inam 5ft 7in and weigh 12.4ish (last time i checked) and my goal is 11st first

yeah its free...
babycorn is low carb whereas normal sweetcorn isnt

Its 1/2lb off hun its going the right way your doing well.
Yeah doing ok wi was last night I lost 4lb so was happy with that xx

Well gonna have Chinese tonight looking forward to it lol but manage to point it within my dailies got a girls night on sat so gonna keep my weeklies for that as I predict vast amounts of alcohol and food ... Enjoy your chinese hun and have a nice time sat night and that is what weeklies are for,im going to use mine for the weekend aswell as out for a meal friday night but wont use any weeklies than but we're going away sat till mon so we need some than and mon night im out for a 21st birthday meal so think I'll end up using all my weeklies plus more so not looking for a loss next eeek :-( xx
 
same here wendy il either be havin a takeaway fri or goin out for a meal, saturday got family n friends comin round for early bday drinks n im puttin a bit of food on, sunday il more than likely have a stinking hangover so be comfort eating! and monday is my actual bday and other half said hes either gonna cook me a meal or take me out! so il have used far too many points over those 4 days!!

no i never use mine, i always think iv worked hard so wouldnt wana eat extra just because of that
but spose ppl r diff!!
 
Don't do that much to gain many though lol but have been walking more and been on treadmill a couple of times ... So activity points Dont need to be used then ?? Makes sense I suppose if exercising then prob best not to use xx

well they are there to eat as uve earnt them! but personally i dont use mine :)
i dont earn any anymore anyway haha x
