Tyvm My initial target was to loose 10 stones taking me to 14st11lbs, but that was before I even thought this diet would achieve that for me. It would take me into the normal healthy bmi range, but I guess I'll see what I feel like when I'm there. I also want to build up some muscle when I get there which will put on weight so I'm really not too sure.
