Oh dear hope your ok mini & ta for advice, unfortunately I put chilli powder in the soup & a bit of that sauce , so i am probably out of ketosis now but oh well!! I only ate half of it as I didn't like it that much:-( oh dear & I've taken two dulcolax as well do I'm joining you two ladies :) x
 
Well I'm been soaking my new arrival for 45min I'm like a prune but too scared to get out the bath lol x

Hi chan,
I do remember people asking about this before and I did check the packets, and it's the carb and. Sugar content and I don't think there was much if any in either chilli powder or tab sauce, so I very much doubt it will bring you out of ketosis :)

I took 2 at about 5pm and they started working about an hour and a half ago. They definetly do what it says on the tin! Haha.

Hi mel welcome to the world of lipotrim iv lost 25lb in 4 weeks but got a little ahead of my self, I started to re-feed when I'm really not ready for it so I'm back today with 100% LT, the first few days are hard but well worth it.

Now to all the constipated :(
I'm soaking in a red hot bath because of ducolax I now have piles as big as a head, I'd swear I'm having a baby from the wrong place lol but really not funny, not a good idea to take 3 (yes 3) thought as 2 didn't work 3 would and oh yes it did and now I'm suffering :(

Omg! Iv never had piles before. I only took 2 so hope I don't get them. I hope your are sorted soon and don't cause you too much pain :( x

Morning ladies,
I got into bed last night & I wanted to come on here & say night to you all & I instantly fell asleep!

Hope you are better Lipotrim.

Gee the dulcolax tablets work so well, I got up at 5:45 with sharp tummy pain & I needed the toilet instantly & was on the toilet for at least 20 minutes, it certainly works:) I went back to bed for few minutes & then back on the toilet again lol

Also just to let you all know I then decided to weigh myself following the event & it's taken another 4lbs off. ... That's mad:). I will obviously go by weigh in results next week from the chemist but for sure i am taking some dulcolax the night before my weigh in again :) x

Morning ladies. I don't have to be up until 7:30 but the dulcolax woke me up. Haha. I haven't been up and down all night and had a good sleep so I'm made up with that. I'm gonna weigh myself in a bit an see if it's made any difference :p I'm gonna drink extra water too so I don't dehydrate after losing a lot of water that way. Well I may aswell go and sort breakfast and iron my little ones school uniform (I was too tired last night) chat later :) x

Oh booo I took mine about 9.30 last night night - not as big as result as yours by sounds of it :-(
It's TOTM n I always struggle in that area at this time as well so maybe that's not helping!!!

Thanks for your welcome, ladies. Reading up on your late night chat has just perked up my morning - hilarious! Hopefully you are all feeling a little more comfortable now. Although I admit it is scaring me, that all this is ahead of me!!

Only up so having a cup of black tea as can't quite face Shake Number One. Which do you recommend? I was thinking strawberry... **Deep Breath**
The black tea isn't quite so bad as I thought it would be - but not as good as with milk!

Glad we all amused u, god I find it hard talking about stuff like this to my friends, but on here it's normal lol x
We all met virtually at the same time so was great, and as u can see by the size of the thread, we use this support soo much!!!
I normally have first shake late morning - I'm lucky in that I cut milk out my tea about 2 years ago do its the norm for me to have black tea x
