I'm only on my 4th day of the weight plan! Finding it ok now was soooooo hungry first few days getting better!
Just wondering once you have lost the weight you intended to loose, how do you sustain it? Cause going from liquids to solids will make you put weight on for definite!

I've got quite A bit to loose, but wanna do it on how I'm looking rather than weight as I would just get down all the time on weight!

Took me 36 weeks to loose the six stone. Keep faith with the diet it really does fall off .
I was the same I never really had a goal weight either just stopped when I was happy with how I looked. I'm going to join the gym today. It might also interest you to know I lost that 6 stone with not a stitch of exercise . I ve lost 7 stone in total having lost a stone before Cambridge. So if I can do it anyone can

Hi ruey, I'm ok thanks its taken a while but I'm ok now. Well I had two weeks supply left and cuz I wanted really to loose another stone thought I would try going back on it. I've been doing it but not as strictly as before and have lost half a stone so far. I'm not going to go back on it full time. How are u finding slimming world? X
