Hmmm, now i am going to compare the tesco/exante bars, i hate the shakes i have to pinch my nose & down it Yuk

I stand corrected! I have just checked the tesco bars and you are absolutely right , they are v very similar in composition - yippee i have got 2 boxes of the chocalate/yoghurt what a treat with a coke zero for luch , things are looking up !

Lol! They are v yummy! I've had to ban them from my lunch though to stop me having one for tea too! You sound like you're doing brilliantly and are really motivated
