New to simply filling- any help appreciated

You shouldn't have a gain from that I wouldn't think, you ate off plan but not loads so I'd say you're fine. I know from doing ww before that as long as I didn't use the weeklies when I'd been drinking I was grand...the first time I was on ww I was out drinking every single weekend and I still lost almost every week :)

Sounds like you had a fab weekend :0) Sunday's food definitely doesn't sound like its over 26pp.Plus you have all week to stay on track so reckon you will be fine by Friday :0)

Sounds like a really fun night and I don't think you have eaten anywhere near enough to have gain. As ella said alcohol doesn't seem to affect things in the same way.

Do have shifts for work yet?

I did graze on quite a lot of rubbish on Saturday night but yeh I seem to have mostly been lucky that a night of boozing doesn't seem to affect my weight so much. It does seem that a night of snacking on rubbish like Saturday is much more likely to give me a gain than a proper meal off plan though. All I can do is be good the rest of the week and see what happens.

Yup finally got my shifts and it's kinda good news in that I am due back on Wednesday but because this is just part of a week I only need to do 10hours and been given Friday and Saturday. So start back 2 days later than expected woohoo! Bad news is Saturdays shift starts at 6:30am BRUTAL!! X

Omg sat morning at 6.30! That's just nasty! I reckon they just gave u the shifts no-one wanted! I struggle to get up at 7! All last wk I have been awaking at 6.30 which is half an hour b4 my alarm goes off, this really annoys me! Anyway on sat I woke up at 6.30 and smiled as I knew I didn't have to get up! It's strange I felt so happy! Sad!!

Anyway good luck for getting back to work!

I used to often start at 7am which somehow doesn't seem as bad as half6 lol and got to leave at least half an hour before that if getting a lift and even earlier for a bus :-/ I suspect I will be getting some pretty wacky shift times for a while to be honest as I'm needing shorter shifts until I get used to it. Even the short 5 hours of standing will be hard to start off with. I need a job with a seat!! :p

Hmm computer whizz? Lol! Ouch to the early mornings! I guess you are kind of used to them! Shame about the no bread for the egg, hope the rest of your day was good.Well done on all the exercise :0)

Argh I lost my bank card few days ago so cancelled the old one and that means my Netflix account is suspended as they can't take the payment until I get my new card number.

Bf is out so watching stuff on 4od. I find exercise and diet type shows keep my mind off snacking!! Watching fat fighters just now.

Even done 50 squats and 50 sit ups while watching so far lol!! X

Woo...go you! That's good that it stops you snacking watching those type of programs.I don't know if that would work for me though once I've had my evening snack I don't need to snack anymore I find right now.Sorry to hear that about your bank card and Netflix having to be suspended for now!

Ouch. 6:30am start after several months off work is pretty brutal, but at least you get another couple of days to prepare yourself.

Hope u don't get offended by me asking this but I've always wondered:

How come vegetarians are allowed to eat eggs? As there would be a baby chick in the egg if they left them under the hen!?

Not offended by anything really so ask away!

Basically vegetarians don't eat animals, vegans don't eat any animal products.

The eggs that we eat are not fertilised so they would not become a baby chick. Females produce eggs by themselves but need males to fertilise them for them to become babies.

I had kind of considered going vegan but to be honest I am a fussy eater and although I could convert to non dairy milk so problem I do like eggs and cheese and would really miss chocolate! You can get vegan alternatives but they are generally pretty expensive. Also quite a lot of veggie products like quorn, veggie burgers and sausages etc are not vegan as they contain milk or egg. X

Super lazy tasty dinner of mixed bean, brown rice and sweetcorn wraps :)

Loads left for tomorrow too yay! I love when you throw things together and they taste good x

That looks good!

You see my oh's dad has his own chickens and there is a cockerel in with the hens all the time so they may b fertilised!

Hey Laura, just catching up! Far too much to comment on but although you are a little anxious and not so keen on your job, I'm really pleased for you that you have the all clear to go back to work. Hope the phased return works out! X

Yeh that might be different then as I imagine they would then be fertilised (well some of the eggs) and could become chicks! I only buy free range and don't really eat many eggs but can't imagine life without cake lol so eggs are staying in my diet :p x

Yup I love having too much dinner made its nice to know that's lunch sorted for the next day lol! X

I'm with you with the eggs in the cake thing! I only eat free range eggs and organic meat! It's hard eating out though as it obviously isn't that! But there obviously not free range in cakes either but its too nice to turn down! There was this ace shop in LA completely organic and the salad bar was about the size or a tesco express lol! Then they priced it by weight! Loved it!!!

Looks like your doing great! Hopefully it will show on the scales this week!
