Mmmmm. Pizza looking good I bought the square wraps the other day with the express intention of making a pizza, though looks like that will be next week now. They also make REALLY nice naan bread if spread with crushed garlic and coriander and put in the oven in foil for 5 minutes. Highly recommend you try that with the leftovers!
Sorry to hear the ankle is playing up but it does sound like you have been doing quite a bit of exercise other the last couple of weeks and 30 day shred isn't very easy on the ankles or knees I don't think with all the leaping, squatting and jumping about like a mad frog! Hopefully a day or so rest will do the trick (although 3 hours of walking and shopping doesn't actually count as rest I don't think...)
