Well maybe not soon, but every little helps!! I mean our con def said to do the exercise to tone as you lose, as she has some very wobbly loose bits! xx

Going to get a kettlebell. Sister has one and she thinks it great for toning. Plus its quick workouts, 3 times a week.
 
5 KG kettlebells are still on offer in Argos I believe if thats any use to you!!

I have done one session of them but was holding off until I finished Jillian!



Just need to edit dinner to say that I also had a large corn on the cob-forgot they were in the fridge and needed used! xxx
 
Yeah there are only 6 euro so going to pick up one!!
Need to make these bingo wings disappear!!
 
Not sure if I could even call mine wings, so much as giant flaps!!! More like a parachute to be honest-but I do think they are getting smaller-so all good! (hence sticking to doing arm weights at the same time as the exercise bike)

Hello everyone, hope we are having a good evening!!

So I had a good wee day today, which started with me going to tesco for some FF nat yog.

Food is as follows



B'fast- Strawberries, raspberries, Blackberries and Redcurrants with FF nat yog.

Lunch- Salad- Lettuce, Peppers, scallions, celery, beetroot pickled onions and quorn chicken pieces with salad light sprayed on.

Snack-Coffee light frap (6 syns) with 2 x tangerines and a nectarine

Dinner- Toast (hexB) with crazy beans ( baked beans, chopped toms, celery, peppers, scallions, mushrooms, courgette, aspargus) with 2 quorn sausages (1 syn)]


Will be having some more fruit later as a snack yum yum

Exercise today was 45 mins of excercise bike with the old arm exercises followed by a few mins of crunches to help the old tummy muscles!!

So all good here. Hoping to keep it going. FIngers crossed xxx

That will get me to club 10 baby-and another shiny sticker. Any more would be a bonus and get me closer to the 2 stone mark, and yep you guessed it another shiny sticker!!!

I am so so sad I live for those stickers haha!! 9 so far and counting lol

So very quick summary now instead

Exrcise- 1 hour bike with weights and then sit ups

B'fast-strawbs, raspb, blackb, kiwis, redcurrants and FF yog with 2 x yellow plums
Snack- 2 satsumas with 1 alpen light bar
Lunch-Supernoodles with mushrooms, onions, pepper, and asparagus.
Snack alpen light (second half of hexB)
Dinner- salad (lettuce, scallion, pepper, celery, beetroot, pickled onion with salad light) with peppered steak and BNS wedges.


Then later some synnage!

Star week is a euphamism for the bloateyness due to your menstrual cycle

Deffo a star week as I got some spotting today which is my version of TOTM!!

And yes a very colourful day today-although apparently none of it was brain food as i failed to realise what you were saying even though now it seems so bloody obvious it is unbelievable-what a t*at!!
