Hello everyone, hope we are having a good evening!!
So I had a good wee day today, which started with me going to tesco for some FF nat yog.
Food is as follows
B'fast- Strawberries, raspberries, Blackberries and Redcurrants with FF nat yog.
Lunch- Salad- Lettuce, Peppers, scallions, celery, beetroot pickled onions and quorn chicken pieces with salad light sprayed on.
Snack-Coffee light frap (6 syns) with 2 x tangerines and a nectarine
Dinner- Toast (hexB) with crazy beans ( baked beans, chopped toms, celery, peppers, scallions, mushrooms, courgette, aspargus) with 2 quorn sausages (1 syn)]
Will be having some more fruit later as a snack yum yum
Exercise today was 45 mins of excercise bike with the old arm exercises followed by a few mins of crunches to help the old tummy muscles!!
So all good here. Hoping to keep it going. FIngers crossed xxx
