Hi everyone
I have started today, first time on a forum as well. Got very excited when my boxes arrived yesterday.

Quick question, in the pack it says that the drink powders should only be used for some of your daily in take of water. Can I ask how many time do you use it?

There is a sticky about what you can drink, you can use the flavorings for all your water you can also drink coke zero (there is a list of brands) in that thread. I don't use the flavorings other then sometimes to make a peach shake. I also barely drink a liter of plain water but drink 6 liters of fluids useing alternatives. I'll post the link to the sticky in a moment.
