ProPoints New to ww my food diary on 29pp

I'm back just got home! Missed my weigh in so have to wait till next week. Weighed at home and have lost a bit. How is everyone??? Xxxxx

How u getting on? I just weighed myself a missed weigh in am 10st 12 not got official weigh in till Wednesday now but only 2-3 lbs away from goal xxx

I'm ok just trying to get rid of this gain, u are right I am on 26pp but it's very low calorie wise, I think the exercise caused the gain now, I've not really done any this week and still ate my weeklies to see what happens, im thinking of giving SW a go soon to give me a kick start if I can't do it on ww.

Yes was like take me out but for channel 4 with Gok wan and called excess baggage! Went to Marbella as I won ha ha. Was funny!
So back to business
Eats today
Breakfast: 2x Ww brown Danish toast with Ww jam 3pp
1 Ww chocolate mini roll 2pp
Mid morning fruit salad 1 Ww yoghurt 1pp
1 Ww caramel mallow 1pp
Lunch Ww wrap, wafer thin chicken, Philadelphia light tomato, salad total 5pp
Then have dinner and will update later :)

Ahhhh thanks for all your support! Am hoping to be at target on Wednesday it would be fantastic for me since I started Ww I haven't had one anorexic thought food excites me now as have soooo much choice!

Have u guys ever tried boots shapers products I had a shapers flat bread with chicken tikka yesterday was soooo yum only 7pp!

They do amazing things in their range :)

Ahhhh I bet babe the exercise might have done it on such low pp. are u eating fruit aswel as your pp's? I eat a fair whack of fruit throughout the day. Keep your body burning cals babes xxx

That would be amazing if you are at target on Wednesday and that's great about you having no anorexic thoughts,am proud of you,well done :0)
Not tried Boots shapers myself but others on here say how good their stuff is :0)

Yeah would be awesome but am close now anyways to target. Ww won't allowe any less than 10st 7 so 10st 10 is good because gives me 3 under I can be safe.
Just off for meeting at new college! Startf next Tuesday. Beauty therapy level 2 :)
U should try shapers it's lush! They do maple popcorn so yum xxx

P.s I researched about them they say basically thu give u minimum pp per day so to allow weeklies so u don't feel deprived. Otherwise u would have more pp per day and feel crap if went over makes sense so do not worry xxx

Yea it makes sense,think cos im near goal I kind of expect a gain lol.I don't mind,I've enjoyed my week food wise and thats what counts :0)
