Just made yummiest 0pp snack!!!
Dice butternut squash, put in roasting tin, sprinkle teaspoon sweetner and same with cinnamon mix so it goes over all pieces spray with fry light a few squirts roast in high heat oven for about 40 mins :)
Soooo yum and 0pp xxx

Hey guys :) yeah was yum. Am so nervous for tomorrow am prepared for a sts because I haven't been able to exercise for a whole week because my teacher ha had a week off.
Exercise starts again tomorrow new class too bokwa :) but first have new meeting and weigh in at 9.30 just hope haven't gained. Xxx

Lady's I have just made the most amazing weight watchers pineapple and coconut loaf but instead of those two ingredients I used pears and omg it's gorgeous going to have to be a good girl and only eat one piece per day but only 3pp!

Yup that includes Friday night off plan and only having 5 weeklies left where's I normally have 20 or so left :0)
