Neither do I I need to ask at meeting because I am really sporty am an ex dancer professionally and model actually retired from that now hehe. So am very sporty I burn at least 650 calories 4-5 times per week so I need to know how to work this out.
Yeah basically I recovered from anorexia recently. I gained from 8st to 11st 8 lost first few pounds slimming world but was too restrictive for me because of my past. I was freaking out so I weighed in 11st 5.5 last Wednesday I would like to be my pre anorexic weight of 10st 10lbs. So not a lot to lose really but my body has been through a lot this past few years. This time last year I was in rehab and I couldn't stand up because I was so weak. Am off all mediation now and I don't have any anorexic thoughts yippeeeee!!!! Hardest year of my life. I think ww is great. I also think we have serious food issues in this country it's either too big or too thin where are we celebrating a healthy size for people? I also think its ridiculous places like Starbucks do coffee for 900 calories. Massive crisis going on. I had to pay 20,000 pounds for treatment or I would have died I almost did the nhs said I wasn't thin enough. Can see why I have lost faith in this.
Sorry for the rant but honestly ask me anything u ever like about food,metabolism etc cos I know everything hehe xxxx
