I think I better Deffo Deffo hide the scaled and give it a go then? I know I sound ridiculous but my mind just won't accept what ur saying lol but I know by tracking cals it's not enough wen I'm exercising

Today's food
B: ww yoghurt 1pp + banana 0pp + packet of ww cinnamon biscuits dipped in black coffee 2pp
Total 3pp

Snack: rice krispie square 3pp

Lunch: ww chicken noodle soup 1pp + 1 slice ww brown Danish bread 1pp+ 0pp ww dairy spread
Curly wurly 3pp
Ww crisps 2pp

Snack: I baked today ww banana iced muffins had one hehe 2pp
Brioche asda choc chip roll 3pp

Snack: lychees and melon 0pp
Ww caramel chocolate bar 2pp

1 hour ultimate fat blitz class burns at least 800 cals

Dinner : 1.5 ww sausage 2pp + ww beans with onions mixed in 4pp + salad 0pp
Snack: ww choc and vanilla ice cream cone 4 pp

Total for day 30 pp due to the ridiculous exercise I have done I may have a hot choc before bed hehe
 
Honey eat them! I am ordering u to go get yourself a little bedtime something hehe. Let me know what u choose. Promise u it's for the best u won't lose if ur body isn't getting enough xxxx
 
I've been mooching around and i see lots don't use them but then again there not on 26pp.
Ok I'll start adding a few pp on a day. How many I adding on? As u do sooo much more exercise than me, I don't want to have more than you?!

Oh and I've ad a hot choc (all milk) and 3 malted milk wooo :) xxxx

Hey honey. I know a lot don't use them but to be honest they probs not on 26pp! A lot are on much higher. Add in 2 or 3 pp to start per day I mix mine. I'll know more when I weigh on wednesday babe :) and to be honest I truly started on the Thursday morning really doing the plan. Am gonna weigh tomorrow morn for a sneaky peak will let u know.
I am on 29pp per day. Tomorrow eve I have Zumba toning which burns 750-1000 calories so going to have a treat night am feeling a kit Kat chunky with pb coming on hehe.
One day a week you should have an extra treat babe, use like 10 extra pp will give u a good boost and wake your metabolism up if u go back to 26pp plus extra 2 or 3.
Keeping your metabolism going is the most important thing.
Try add one banana per day I do everyday. Usually with breakfast
Try to avoid a lot of grapes highest sugar fruit can have them but there are better alternatives berries and melon ate fantastic! Also lychees are so yum.
Bulk your meals with salad. I do even had it with my beans and sausage tonight.
Ww wrap with Philly light + low pp filling and salad is a great meal.

What is the wendie plan? Well I weighed myself this morning and got the shock of my life on my scales which were bought 2 weeks ago. I am 11 stone! So say ww ones tomorrow can't be more than 1 lb difference I don't think but this means loss of 5.5 lbs of this is true???? Xxxx
 
It's like a plan that splits your weeklies out over the week it's suppose to help ur metabolism, if u google the wendie plan it will come up and show u how to have ur pp.

That's great that you help out :0) food for yesterday looks good,yum to the bagel for breakfast and makes sense to have more points/weeklies with all the exercise plus exciting news about the weight loss :0)
