ProPoints New to ww my food diary on 29pp

My scales are saying a gain! Could be because I had a week off exercise now am back doing it urghhhh guess best just get this out the way :(

Thanks everyone I wasso stressed before hand I feel ready for a good week now . Think it is fluid from exercising again xxx
 
Am all motivated and that now! Woo back to my classes new the week off would have some sort of effect because going from 5 classes to 0 for the week has to its too big of a calorie difference.

Today's food so far still on 28pp per day new week so have 49 weeklies 0 exercise pp's today as am now doing 2 extra classes on Saturday bokwa and body pump
Breakfast: black coffee 0pp + Ww oat bar 2pp

Snack: Thai chilli dry roasted chick peas 3pp (get these from holland and barrat btw they are very yum and super healthy)
Banana 0pp
Ww instant cappuccino 1pp
1 roses chocolate 1pp

Total so far 7pp

Lunch: Ww chicken noodle soup 1pp
1 slice Ww brown Danish bread 1pp + 0pp Ww spread
Ww yogurt 1pp + melon and berries 0pp

Dinner: half a Ww chicken pizza 6pp + 0pp salad

Total 16pp
12 pp remaining for snacks :)
