ProPoints New to ww my food diary on 29pp

Morning lovelies I had 1 weekly yesterday with a Ww hot hoc.
Today have had
1 grab n go cinnamon cereal 3pp
1 Ww popcorn bar 2pp
That's 5 pp thus far

Lunch will be soup 1pp chicken noodle soup
1 Ww sliced Danish bread 1pp
0pp Ww spread
1 teaspoon Branston pickle

Dinner Ww ocean pie 5pp
Veg 0pp
 
Hehe I am going to make a 4 pp choc cake tomorrow :) got Zumba tonight 10 ap's earnt ;)
Am being more careful this week want a good loss as so close to goal xxx
 
3 lbs to go babes!!! I would love a 2 lb loss by next Wednesday. Am being super careful. Am already under my goal when I joined slimming world first it was 11 stone I wanted to be so much congratulate myself on that. 10 st 13lbs for a 6 ft woman is a decent bmi. Just personally 10st 10 gives me room to fluctuate if u know what I mean ;) xxxx
 
Omg this soup is amazing ladies!!!!
Ingredients
1 butternut squash
2 onions chopped
1 large leek chopped
2 large celery sticks chopped
425 ml veg stock
Half teaspoon nutmeg
Black pepper

Put all veg into pot
Add 300 ml stock bring to boil and simmer until soft
Reduce heat add rest of stock and seasoning
Leave to cool
Add to blender
And there u have 0pp soup!!! Amazing best soup I ever tasted! I made butternut squash diced chips to go into soup like croutons 0pp again

Having this after Zumba so can have a yummy Ww pudding .

Thanks babes :) yeah I am so tall all my tall friends weigh like over 12 stone but they look incredible!!! Just cos I modelled for soooo long am used to being a bit smaller xxx

Yea I can understand you being used to being smaller!
