Sorry to hear that hun,how was your appointment in the end if you don't mind me asking?
Very true about food and weight,I can cope with a gain if I know the reasons why lol
So do you have the next few days of food planned out then Hun?
 
I am just planning the night before my meals then fitting snacks for what pp's I have left around them. I feel like am winning this week feels great but I am working very hard at it. Just think to myself sooner am at goal the better as just 3 lbs to go may as well just get it done right xxx
 
Morning ladies. Would just like to say how inspirational I have found this thread. Started last thurs and seems to be going well. Would just like to ask browny how do you work your exercise points out because I kickbox twice a week and urn about 1100 cals each time but have no idea how many points that would be? Thanks.

Yogurt 1pp + fruit

Snack curly wurly 3pp

Lunch cooking for 11 people!!!
Grilled fish 2pp
Carrot n swede mash 0pp
Greens 0pp
Veg in tomato canned 0pp
20 g Ww cheese 1pp
Lemon squeeze 0pp
Ww desert 4pp

Dinner 0pp soup
Total 17pp
Leaves 11pp for bits n bobs ;) xxx

Yep was lovely though an so handy having my Ww scales to weigh my fish on amazing how much I use to eat of it compared to the satisfying 2pp portion I weighed xxx

Yea I love my scales,WW really does help with portion control.Glad you enjoyed your dinner :0)
