Earned 16 ap's today so finished my day on 33 pp
Have 43 weeklies left though
Body pump followed by bokwa in the morning should earn 13ap at least there
P.s never do bokwa followed by Zumba toning it is a killer!!!

Bought war buttons square wraps today 4pp each so tomorrow am going to have half a one with mushrooms and tomato for breakfast maybe some smoked salmon with it total 4pp if I do 2 pp if I don't
Lunch tomorrow I have 0pp soup I made plus the other half of the wrap with a teaspoon of Branson pickle 0pp

Dinner I am cooking will either be 9pp or 5pp if I don't have the rice sometimes I prefer salad instead and Ben and Jerrys frozen yogurt pfish food 4pp per scoop

Will probs use 2-4 weeklies tomorrow but no more xxx

Body pump this morning not sure how many ap's will earn but average class burns 545 calories so am going to input it as 5 ap's
Bokwa I earned 9ap's yesterday so should be 14 ap's today
Tomorrow is my day off gym:) x

Oh I will babes! Ha ha my body hurts today after yesterday but will have earned 38ap's after today then another 20 from Monday and Tuesdays classes so 58 ap's for the week! How are u babe? Xxx

Wow that's loads earned! Am good,resting loads,hurt my back yesterday,was all abit dramatic,fainted! Luckily my OH was here so he caught me,went to the doctors,it's a muscle ache plus I have a slight water infection,not often I'm ill thankfully.Got the kids here still,we picked them up last night,so weekend will be good :0)

To be honest think that's what did me babe I didn't exercise for a week and used more weeklies I should have thought. Going the right way now though. Probs use 4 weeklies tonight but hardly touched them think used 6 so far xxx

Yea deffo trial and error like we said,well I used 10 last night and of course I'm having today off as you know but will have a few days to reign it in,totm soon and I often Sts or have a small gain so im prepared for next Fridays wi lol
 
Ah bless ya I don't have totm cos of my pill. I have to have them stopped because make me so ill because of my cervical stuff that happened.
Yeah that is defo what it wa and we all have to remember sometimes it's a case of catch up as takes our bodies 3 days to use food and store excess in lbs so sometimes see results a week after which will definitely explain what happened to me. Am confident of a loss on Wednesday now. Use 4 weeklies today 4 tomorrow 2 Monday and 1 Tuesday that leaves me with 32 similar to my first week where I lost a lot xxx
