Ive been so good today....tried extra hard. Stuck *100%
Shake for breakfast
1 litre of water
Bar for lunch
Another litre
Going to have soup for tea in half and hour tgen one last litre
Its my furst weigh in tomorrow and im soooooo excited for a decent loss
I feel my jeans are slacker
But im started this diet 2.5 weeks earlier than i intended so really anythung is acceptable as a loss
Ive avoided boullion and cokes and flavoured water ... Just in case
Gonna snuggle up in bed and drink my soup and watch the cooking channel
Funny how im not hungry, those programs dont make me hungry, they kind of comfort me whilst im not eating ....
Wish me luck in the mornin im goin over the top...... Lol
