Hi all not sure if I've even posted this correctly lol but here goes....I did cambridge for 2 weeks but found shakes only extremely difficult so switched and now on day 6 of atkins phase 1
for the most part enjoying it! So in my 3 weeks I have already lost 15lbs, altho I don't feel I have lost anything :/ I'm finding some days easier than others which is why I have joined this forum feel like I need some moral support and just people to talk to who are on a similar journey
