Today i have eaten:
HexA:
HexB: 2x hifi bars
Drinks: 3x green tea w ginger
Exercise:
Syns: 18.5
scrambled eggs & boiled mushrooms, banana
hifi bars (hexb)
lettuce, smoked salmon, tomatoes, cucumber, 1tbsp exlight mayo: 0.5 syns
bangers & mashed swede, leek & apple with red onion gravy: sausages 7.5 syns (recipe on SW website says the recipe 4.5 syns per portion, so not sure how much more the sausages were in comparison to the ones in the recipe, so i'll count both)
0% greek yogurt & raspberries
fudge bar: 6 syns
