Newly engaged so time to slim!!!

After my preparation for my engagement party, then the actual party on Saturday, staying up until 7am, staying in a hotel and getting home late on Sunday I just haven't been keeping my food diary up to date, although, I have been on plan since my last entry (except for Saturday & Sunday)

Weighed in yesterday and to my surprise I lost 3.5 lb, so I am half a lb away from my 2st award!! I am soooo happy. Has to be all the SS Soup I have been eating.

I haven't got anything on over the next week, so I should be able to stay on plan all week & I'm going to Costco to buy meat tonight so when that's done I will work out what I'm going to eat over the next week.

Meals planned for the coming week:
Tuesday: pulled pork, sweet potato wedges & corn on the cob: 0 syns
Wednesday: bolognese: 0
Thursday: Burger in a bowl: 1
Friday: fish, chips & peas: 2.5
Saturday: Chicken Katsu curry: (HexB)

Ive had a few days without keeping a food diary including 2 full days out of eating and drinking around markets, drinking cocktails etc. I gained 1/2lb when i weighed in last night. I am aiming to loose 2lb in the coming week; i have another day out on Saturday of drinking and eating plus a funeral on Monday but i am going to have lots of SS Soup whenever possible to secure my 2st award next week.

Lost 3lb this week & got my 2st award!! Dead chuffed :D
 
Gained 1lb which I am so pleased with as I thought I'd have gained 3, thinking about it though I have got some healthy habits now and I only had the odd meal off plan. Means I end the year having lost exactly 2st, here's to 2015 & losing the remaining 4st, hitting target, planning my wedding and buying a house, bring it on!!!

This week I have a meal out this evening for my mother-in-law's birthday & obviously tomorrow night is new years eve & my fiancee & I are going to our local pub for a meal. Other than that I am going to try ee sp to boost my loss for my first weigh in of 2015!

Weighed in last night & STS which i am happy about, looking forward to loosing some serious lbs in 2015!

I keep thinking about how happy i am having got through the festivities only 1lb heavier than before, i don't think i have every done that, by january i could easily be 7lb heavier than the beginning of December. I wasn't 'on plan' (by that i mean i didn't write much down- just looking at this diary you can see that, but i have obviously got some great habits now as i didn't want to over indulge & have got right off alcohol as it makes e feel sluggish and tired- i think my eating is essentially on plan now, with exception of 1/3 Speed foods, which hasn't come as naturally for me)

I hope to get to my current goal by September which is my 1 year anniversary of my current weight loss journey, i have 4 stone to go & hope to see the back of one of those by Valentines day, which will make me half way there, i am really looking forward to going out to buy a new dress for the occasion and finding out what size i am by then!

I am so happy to feel in control of myself and i have seen my body change noticeably already and my body image is improving, i can't wait to see where 2015 will take me!
