Nicci - it asn't been a waste of time at all. You are moving forward and you can do this, because you are still on this site. If you had given up completly then you wouldn't keep saying hello!

You've done this before haven't you, so there's no reason you can't do it again. Picture exactly where you want to by christmas, what will you be doing, what will you be wearing, how will you feel. Make that picture evryday in your head and everytime you want to cheat. It really works I promise.

Like you said, Monday is a good day to start and you have a full week before your weighin. I bet if you cdc wasn't way it would have been easier for you. But we are all here to support you and you will be successful. Have you done any ss days yet or is today now no.1.

I know you can do this. New day, new start and think where it will lead! Good luck love.

Hi Flowey,

this is officially day number one. ive been okay through the days its the night times thats been getting me. Got an action plan this time though and gonna keep busy, whether its reading or off out with the dogs. Gonna try and get a normal sleep pattern going aswell as i havent been getting to sleep until 3 in the morning :(

Finding it tough already today as im absolutely starving and i normally dont get hungry until later on (i never eat through day, too risky for me!) hate the fact i cant have a proper coffee or pmax to get me through. I know if your desperate you can have a coke zero but i want to do this 100% and its only the first day so no tricks or traets yet thankyou very much lol.

Are you weighing in tonight flowey?

Paris i am very excited for you today- your first weigh in :happy036:i know your gonna blow our socks off with your loss. Youve done so well completing a whole week hun.

Hope my first week flies by, cant wait to get my official weigh in with heather and hopefully there'll be less of me heehee. My goal for this week is 5 pound or 5.5 pound even, you think its doable with all my messing about? My metabolism hates me :cry:.

Hi Paris, the soups are really really nice i started with just chicken and mushroom but in my second week decided to be a bit more adventerous, leek and potaotoe is lovely would stay well clear of brocolli and cheese it awful and vegtable is really nice too.
Nicci - you sound really focused at the moment which is great and cancelling your hair appointment sound like a good idea because when youve lost your weight your be full of confidence and it can be a whole new image for you :)
Todays been okay for me, am definalty retaining some water as have drank two litres so far today but only been for one wee, hope it doesnt affect my weigh in too much on thursday. I dont know about you guys but boy do i have some negative friends if i hear one more person tell me this isnt safe and when i come off it i am going to pile the weight back on i will throtal them , i really dont want to hear it!!
Also has any body been having the porridge or mouse was wondering if to have a change this week?
 
sophie - I had the porridge this week, it a bit sweet for my liking but it was edible. Mouse lol i know what you mean lol i not tried mousses yet i need to get the powder stuff, but i think by what others say they tasty.

I have definately lost inches this week and i did first gym session since starting ss, i feel i have the energy now which is good as i missed not doing it last week.
 
Does anyone no the rules abut drinking coke zero because ive looked on the internet and some people say definatly not it will knock you out of ketosis and then theres other people saying i have a can of coke zero every day and i have lost over a stoe in 2 weeks??? So i had a can last night whilst watching telly and have tested and am still in ketosis, any of you guys got an oppinion on it??
 
Hi Sophie,

the reason cdcs dont like you to have coke zero is that it has citric acid in it which makes you crave something to eat, but if you can handle that then theres no reason why you cant have it. it wont bring you out of ketosis. Your choice hun.

Hi guys got a confession to make.......................................... been looking at food porn haha. Went on google and typed in banoffee pie and just looked at the image's...gorgeous and completely sad. Im a bit ashamed but not really lol. Just keep imagining my home made banoffee pie, its about the only thing i can make lol. Won't see that for another million weeks :cry:

Anyhoo that was it lol.

Evening all - wel weigh-in drum roll ---
4lbs, chuffed. That's 13lbs in total, nearly a stone.
Want to loose 2.6stone total, so knocked a big chunck off already.

V. chuffed!

Nicci, hope this helps on the motivation issue! Well done on 100% day 1 ....... speak soon.
 
well hi all ....and hi to sophie as i havnt said hello yet.....i been a bit naughty again today and I weigh tomorrow so we will see.Just wish I was normal.As for the soups I went a bought all brochili and cheese last week and I threw up lol they are minging.Iv had to change them.im not happy about weigh in tomorrow but know I have to go.I bet you are all doing well.My workmen left an hour ago and back tomorrow then thats it so hopefully get life back to normal lol.anyway love to all and well done on all your hard work xxx Pebbles
Hey Nikki u and I are exactly the same weight....wanna a target and we both try and achieve a certain amount of weight loss for our nxt weigh in,I notice you want to loose 5lbs...lets do it ok...how about it???

Well weigh in over and done with i lost 8lb YIPPEE:D:D

I got mix a mousse and sunshine orange to use as i said i did have the water but found it hard.
 
wow flowey hope mine is like yours tomorrow but I bet not....bet you are very happy with your hard work....mine hasnt been total hard work because I havnt stuck at it so I know it wont be good but after tomorrow bring on the next week....well done flowey thats just brill!!!!!
 
oooo your all doing wonderfully.....8 lbs tho thats an insane amount to loose...wow wow wow...lucky you....you must be a very strong lady and determined....wish I had more will power...Im so happy for you all....well done on your losses.....Iv not had chocolate in over a week but neither have I been for a number 2 in a week....its not right....any ideas ladies!!!!
 
Pebbles - my DH bought me some chocolate flavoured ex lax, CDC said it fine to use that occasionally i had 2 days where i couldnt go so took that and went following day. TMI but i found mine today weighed about 2lb as i weighed before i went and then after.i know sorry TMI.

Flowey- welldone on the 4lb, your stone goal and more next week.

I feel so determined now and when i feel i my cave i will be on here.

welldone Nicci for completing first day, i have plans tomorrow, weds and thurs night so i will be around in daytime but hardly in evening but i will try and read posts before heading of to bed.
 
well we all use different terms for it. poop, No2,

as it my cycle week on saturday or as i say at class STAR week.lol I am thinking my weekend will be my challenge of the week, i have got soups and porridge and mix a mousse to try and get me through it.
 
Im on my star week and its tough because its normally my binge week but its nealry over YAY.
Well done on your weigh ins i feel very motivated which is great you guys must be chuffed as nuts :)
